“Had my visit to Farmington Hills Toyota today and all around it was a great experience. From Michael greeting me in the service department to John helping me with my tech issues...super nice gentlemen. Then I went to service to get a new battery for my fob...where I encountered Cole McIntosh....Cole is a very engaging young man...I say young because when he was born I was already 5 years into my career! He was so nice and so helpful...he seemed to love his job...as did everyone else I encountered. Cole...thanks again for your help. Much appreciated. 5 stars! Then..onto Peter Soloman..who gave me an estimate on what my RAV 4 is worth...and walked me through what a 2026 new RAV will cost. I will be back to follow through on this before end of year. Thanks for all being so pleasant. It really makes a big difference. Until next time.”

“Brought my Lexus for a Transmission drain and fill. Service was completed in a timely fashion at the promised timeframe. They took excellent care of the car, placed a plastic cover over the driver’s seat and a paper over the mat to not get them dirty. Service advisors were nice, not above and beyond nice, but average and straight to the point. Which I appreciate and don’t mind it at all. 👌🏻 I reviewed my dash cam for the entire duration of service while it was in parking mode ( displayed when vehicle was driven / maneuvered or when someone was inside of it ), since I have had issues with other dealerships in the past. Overall, nice handling, no abuse or unnecessary joy rides, no peaking in compartments / storages. The guy moving the car from the dealership to the shop across the street had personal issues with the quality and lack of features of the car ( existing features that he personally couldn’t find in the vehicle ), and ranted about it while reversing it into the spot. The rear camera REALLY triggered him LOL. Tell him I have an aftermarket tail light and it covers the camera a bit, give the old Lexus a break hahahahaha. I found it funny more than anything, as long as my car gets taken care of, I don’t care. Excellent work!”

“This is by far the best and most responsive and friendly dealership we have been to while searching for a new vehicle. STFH was the only one who had someone at the front desk, greeting people as they came in. We were paired right away with Don. There was absolutely no pressure the several times we went in to talk to Don. He was very friendly, helpful, informative, and such a great person to work with. Other than the quality of the car, one of the main reason we came back here was honestly the service. Dontae, the financial rep, was also very friendly, informative and pleasant to work with. I remember it used to take no less than 3 hours purchasing a car, but I was so impressed at how quick the paperwork portion was. Everything is now done on a tablet- making it so quick and convenient. We were out of there in an hour and a half! I highly recommended working with Don if you're looking for a vehicle and a great car buying experience!”
