LaFontaine Next Mile

“I am very unsatisfied with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in December. As soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and started flashing. I was told that it was ok to keep driving (which I said I didn't feel comfortable doing) and they would get it back in to take a look. It was then said to be fixed (which it wasn't) and then was set to be delivered to another dealer for a better diagnosis. After over a month (which I did get a loaner) I was told they fixed it but if the light came back on it would be the catalysts it was pretty much on me. Well guess what the light came back on. I took it to the shop and I am told it is over $700 to fix the truck. So I basically spent $25k to now have to put almost $1k into the truck and I have only had it technically two weeks because they had it a month. I paid my first payment before I even got the truck back. I can say I definitely didn't get the FAMILY DEAL and I won't be getting another vehicle from Lafontaine!”
