“Bad credit, poor credit and no credit buyers beware ! I purchased my 2019 Chevy Trax less then a month ago and the experience has been a complete nightmare. The car stalls out while braking or at a complete stop , the key fob doesn’t work, the wipers needed to be replaced and the trunk is missing a rod to hold it up I called in with the issues only having the car for 2 weeks and the service department said they charge $190 an hour to just look at the car ! I ended up taking it to a local shop to get a quote and to get started on the the repairs. , I don’t have the best credit so I was excited when they did get me approved I traded in my old car a received $1700 for it as well as put down $1200 I had a payment due on the 24th I have to call in to pay but kept getting disconnected , tried to call the following day still had issues so now my payment is 2 days late , they had disengaged the car I have no way to call the “bank” to make the payment due to them not having Sunday or Saturday hours. So I had to purchase a rental car just to go back and forth to work for the weekend. This has been the worse car buying experience I won’t be servicing my car at this store or purchasing anything else, small update I’ve had my car almost 75 days now and the AC motor broke”
