ā€œI was looking for a new truck, Found Chandler at Fairfield Hyundai and he and his home Mesah put me in a 2026 Hyundai Cruz SEL with all bells and whistles for the low with 10yr 100,000 mi drive train 5yr 60 thousand bumper to bumper, Bluelink and Sirius radio Really friendly place to buy a car The guys are cool as hell, well mannered and really know the cars. My wife bought a new car a year ago and said the salesman at the Chevy dealership acted as if he was selling Bentleys. Not at Fairfield Hyundai I highly recommend šŸ‘Œā€

ā€œMy experience was awesome 10/10 highly recommend. I came in originally for an SUV and unfortunately for my own circumstances I couldn’t get into it. Which was a bummer but my guy Cecil Singleton didn’t let me leave the lot with nothing he worked HARD to put me in a vehicle that same day!! I’m very grateful to have worked with him!! He put me in a 2026 Hyundai Elantra I love it and will be back for my SUV!! ā¤ļø Thanks to the team as well!ā€

ā€œRafael (Raf) was an incredible salesperson. He listened when I told him I was not interested in any upgrades or extra, unnecessary items and so he didn't try to push them on me. Due to a miscommunication from the website, the vehicle I was interested in was at a different location and not at the one I had clicked on, which was for the Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield. Once confirmed I would be purchasing the vehicle in question, Raf and another employee went and picked it up so I could have it that day. Yes, that added an extra hour + of being at the dealership but it was preferable to having to wait a day or so. That was just good service. Brooke, in finance, went over the novel of paperwork and was quick to correct any errors that were found. She also took time to explain the bi-monthly payment arrangement. Some random employee congratulated me on my purchase. I took my 22-year old nephew with me and he said he was never treated so well by any of the places he bought his cars so even he had praise for Raf and his treatment of a potential customer. Raf even took a selfie of all three of us. šŸ˜„ā€

ā€œSpent the day car shopping for my 75 year old Dad. We went to a few dealers and left unimpressed. Upon arriving at Jeff Wyler Hyundai, we were greeted by Rafael as soon as we walked through the door. Rafael took the time to sit with my dad and go over what vehicle needs him and my mom (who wasn’t present) had, taking into consideration her age and physical disabilities. Rafael found the right vehicle, a 2026 Tucson Limited that checked all of the boxes. He took his time explaining all of the vehicles features and listened to any questions that we had. The Tucson is very nice and we are impressed with the comfort and features. I know my parents are going to love their new vehicle. The team at Wyler Hyundai are incredibly compassionate and accommodating. 5 Stars across the board! My hats off to you guys.ā€

ā€œWent to Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield last week with my niece to help her purchase her first vehicle. She had an appointment set up with someone who ended up not being there on the day of the scheduled appointment, after driving an hour to this dealership. Walking in, we were greeted by multiple salesmen who opened the doors for us. Upon finding out the person who scheduled the appointment wasn’t there to help us, Rafael jumped right in (as if it were an appointment he had scheduled), and started the process with us. My niece went in knowing what she wanted and he didn’t try to suggest something else for her (which I’ve experienced in the past), so right away I felt comfortable with Rafael. He had us in and out in around 4 hours, and my niece walking away with her very first adult purchase! He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, the list goes on. His customer service skills exceeded anything I’ve ever encountered. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and he made the car buying process as enjoyable as possible. Rafael gets a 10 out of 10 from us. Not only him, but everyone we encountered was more than polite and accommodating. The other guys even kept my 4 year old entertained while we were doing all the paperwork. Can’t say enough good things about Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield!ā€
