“Went to this dealership today to purchase a new vehicle. I had an 11:00 appointment, so I decided to walk around the lot and check out the vehicles beforehand. At no point was I approached or asked if I needed assistance. I eventually went into the customer service area and waited to be helped, but not a single person acknowledged me. Employees walked right past me while standing around in a group looking over at me, yet no one bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. Definitely not the level of customer service I was expecting, and clearly, sales and service are not their top priority so I decided to take my service needs elsewhere. It was my first time looking to purchase a Jeep, so they definitely didn't leave a good impression.”

We originally came to this dealership to look for a Jeep Wrangler, in which Maikel found 2 exact matches to what we were looking for, quickly turned around pricing, and then helped also seek a 2nd option for a Grand Cherokee, in which he searched throughout the state and found a perfect match for what we were looking for. “This place used to be great. I have bought multiple cars over 15 years. But boy have they gone down hill in service. Phil was non-responsive, staff rude, and I do believe based on reading the electrical reports before and after my car was brought in that additional warranty work was caused in order to keep car longer and collect money from Jeep national. Phil and his team were just horrendous as they kept my car almost a month w no communication and tons of stress. even had to call sales to see if they could get their attention, stating they would lose out.. and they didnt care either. These top reviews are from a period when they did care. They are always busy, so this review will mean nothing.. but gosh.. I think i need to reconsider my beloved jeep in next purchase or go to Garavel in norwalk where I heard great things. Hate to say, but avoid Gengras. And yes, sure they will reply to this publicly to call us we will make it right.. Its lip service.. They truly could care less.”

I was immediately greeted with a warm, honest, and trustworthy smile by Maikel C, who asked if I wanted some information and if I’d like to look inside the vehicle—no pressure at all.
