“Amazing dealership! We called and spoke with Juan on the phone. He was very transparent about the process and our purchase options. We met his partner, Josh in person at the store and he was so kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Josh took the time to explain all the different financing options and details of different cars available. They had to transfer a car to the dealership and the process was smooth and seamless. Josh kept us updated throughout the time and kept checking on us to ensure we were comfortable and that our questions were answered. Josh also did a great job taking the time to walk us through all the options related to our car. We felt like we were family in this dealership. David the sales manager was very kind and also kept us informed throughout our purchase process, and Raphael in finance was so thorough and knowledgeable. “I had a wonderful experience with the Salesman, Tony W. This was one of the most relaxing car dealership experiences I have had. Tony made sure to do his best to get me with the right numbers for the vehicle I want a 2026 Prius Plug-in Hybrid. He made sure that we went through everything I wanted and had no hesitation with going back to the office to get me new numbers. Even when I thought I was good, he still made sure that I was good, before we got to financing. While we were waiting for financing, Tony gave me the run down with the vehicle and made sure to go through connecting all of the apps and all of the features. Once we got to financing, Alberto C. was very respectful with my time and made sure to explain all of their offerings in detail to make sure that I knew what I was turning down. He broke down scenarios of when I would be covered if I bought some of the plans that they offered. And we were able to come to a number that worked for me. Alberto also made to skip over anything I didn't need and didn't push me to get anything. I like that they showed the pros and cons.
