“Will definitely make this my go to service center for my Ford F-250 King Ranch. Great service and my service advisor, Frank, was awesome. He kept me updated and clearly explained the necessary repairs. Plus he sent me videos of the inspection and recommended repairs. No surprises. Very transparent. Great use of modern technology”

“I was lucky. Not only did I get the exact car I was looking for, but the salesman, Morgan, was fantastic. He made the process quick and easy. I would recommend going to Ford if you're interested in getting a new vehicle. Thank you so much Morgan. Btw...loved the bow. Definitely 10+ stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“A very professional dealership. Oscar was an excellent salesman, following through with us and promptly answering all of our questions. We were given an upfront price and excellent service. Such a nice experience to work with an honest dealership. We would absolutely purchase from them again if in need of another Ford!”

“Do not buy from Fairfield Ford, and do not trust them with your vehicle unless you are prepared to fight for yourself when something goes wrong. This review is an update to my original experience with Fairfield Ford. My lawsuit against them has now been finalized, and Ford finally settled out of court for the replacement cost of the seats that went missing from my Ford F 450 while it was in their possession, along with additional damages after dragging this out for nearly three years. The facts are simple. I brought my Ford F 450 in for service. While the truck was in Fairfield Ford’s possession, the seats went missing. Instead of stepping up, taking responsibility, and making the vehicle whole, they turned what should have been a straightforward customer property issue into a long, unnecessary legal fight. I have been a loyal Ford owner for years and have worked with many Ford service centers, but this experience was beyond disappointing. It was shocking. Fairfield Ford had every opportunity to resolve this from the beginning. They could have replaced the seats, communicated honestly, and handled the situation like a dealership that values its customers. Instead, I was met with delays, attorneys, pushback, and a process that felt designed to wear me down rather than make things right. What makes this even worse is that the final outcome likely cost their insurance company far more than it would have cost Fairfield Ford to simply take care of the problem when it happened. Between attorneys, time, delay, and the final settlement, this became exactly the kind of mess that never needed to happen. In my opinion, they were hoping I would give up, accept less, or walk away. I did not. That is the part future customers should pay attention to. The biggest concern is not just that the seats went missing. The bigger issue is what happened afterward. When a business has possession of a customer’s vehicle and something disappears, accountability should be immediate. It should not take nearly three years and a lawsuit to force a resolution. Fairfield Ford’s response to my original review talked about cooperation and a smooth resolution, but that does not match my experience. If they were truly focused on resolving this properly, their counsel would not have fought me for nearly three years after the March 25, 2023 date of loss. A customer should not have to go through litigation just to recover the cost of property that went missing while their vehicle was in the dealership’s care. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Fairfield Ford. Buying a vehicle or using a service department requires trust. Based on my experience, when something serious went wrong, Fairfield Ford protected itself first and left the customer to fight for accountability. They had nearly three years to do the right thing. They only resolved it after litigation. That says everything I need to know.”

“Update 5/5/2026: It brings me happiness to update this review, the service manager reached out personally and acknowledged they could have done things better. He expressed he can’t change what happened but he could offer to make it right. They offered to take care of some items my truck needed at no cost to me, so I don’t have to worry about them while waiting for our baby to arrive. The reason for my happiness updating this review is not because I’m receiving “free stuff” but it is because it’s refreshing to know that this business takes their customers and their reviews seriously. Too many times you see businesses that don’t care about customers with negative experiences. The conversation I had with the service manager was great and we respectfully understood each other and moved forward with a resolution. i’m very impressed with the way Fairfield Ford has handled this situation and they are an example to follow. I would like to add that Jake took care of the oxygen sensor at no cost to me and he did not try to shift blame which is great. Also, the technicians are great, the transmission they installed is working perfectly as is the turbo that they installed a couple of years ago. I’m a mechanic myself so I know how many things can go wrong during a repair but they are experts at fixing it right. In conclusion, I appreciate Fairfield Ford for the integrity they’ve shown and for the accountability they have taken. I won’t hesitate to continue doing business with them. Thank you Fairfield Ford for showing there’s businesses that still care.”
