Tom has been the best at communicating with me, making sure the car is running well etc. He even called me the day after I bought the car so I could come back and get it washed! “This was the worst service I've had in my entire life, and I am a chevy owner! If this is how they treat me then this will be the last chevy I ever buy. All I needed was 2 tires put on and some wiper blades. I was quoted about 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes max. 3 hours and 30 minutes later I'm finally getting my car back. So I guess it takes 1 1/2 hours per tire??? There was an entire hour my car was just sitting there I could see it. They did offer me a discount for my service, unfortunately it was bitter sweet, because when I got home, I noticed they never replaced my caps for the tires! All 4 are missing! I had 1 extra at home I threw on there. Then I wake up to take my car to work, my tire is flat! They never tightened the valve stem on my right rear tire! I had to take the tire off and take it somewhere to get looked at because I didnt know why it was leaking. I had to call in sick for work! Ive never felt so stupid to have a Chevy in my life. Will not be returning to this shop ever again. Also, why am I still getting calls that service is due on my car, which I already brought in for service? This feels like a joke, I've never had such a poor experience.”
