âI had an outstanding experience with the Safford Hyundai Service Department! The entire team was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout my visit.
What impressed me most was that they noticed my vehicle was due for its state inspection and offered to complete it while my car was already there. That simple gesture saved me the hassle of waiting in a long inspection line and saved me a great deal of time.
While I waited, the customer lounge was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for me to work, making my wait productive and enjoyable.
I truly appreciate the team's attention to detail, excellent customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Safford Hyundai Service Department to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and customer-focused service!â

âI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hyundai Fairfax/Stafford Brown Service Center.
My Hyundai Tucson is only about 6 months old, yet I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the vehicle, including frequent jerking while driving and repeated oil change service reminders appearing on the dashboard even after the oil service was already completed. During my recent visit, I was informed that the technician had failed to properly reset the oil maintenance indicator in the system, which should have been a basic part of the service process.
To address these recurring issues, I had to schedule another service appointment on a weekday because technicians were not available on weekends. This forced me to take unpaid leave from work, causing unnecessary inconvenience and financial loss.
What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that the dealership needed to keep my vehicle for up to three days just to diagnose the problem. Despite the extended service time, they were unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle or even offer shuttle service. Expecting a customer to be without transportation for several days, especially when the vehicle is practically new and still under warranty, is unacceptable.
The sales team makes many promises when you purchase or lease a vehicle, but the level of support and customer care after the sale has been extremely disappointing. A new vehicle should not be experiencing repeated issues within the first few months of ownership, and customers should not be left without transportation while those issues are being investigated.
I expected much better service from Hyundai. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating dealership service experiences I have had.â

I spoke with a salesperson shortly after the dealership opened on a Sunday at 11:00 AM and made it clear that I was a serious buyer ready to purchase a vehicle.
When we began discussing price, he transferred me to a manager âacross the streetâ to continue the conversation. There was no answer, so I called the dealership back and asked the salesperson to provide my phone number to the manager and have him call me directly. I also explained that, because dealerships in the area all close early on Sundays, I needed to hear back within 30 minutes in case an agreement couldnât be made and I needed to go elsewhere.
The salesperson assured me that the manager would call. That call never came.
As a result, I purchased the exact same vehicle from a dealership in Maryland later that day.
The most disappointing part of this experience wasnât the negotiation itself, as that never happened to completionâit was the complete lack of follow-up. A simple phone call could have earned my business or allowed me to make a decision otherwise. Instead, I was left waiting and never heard from anyone.
You donât get a second chance to make a first impression. Based on my experience, I would not consider this dealership for a future purchase, and I would encourage others to think carefully before investing their time here.â

âWe went in for a test drive. When we got into the dealership, no one greeted us for a while and we had to find someone to help us. I understand that the staff could be preoccupied sometimes but you should really have someone to help the incoming customers.
The real issue arose when we were told to seat and wait for a car to be brought to the door for a test drive. We were told that it will be ready shortly. We waited 40 minutes in the same chair with no one to help us. Finally someone came to talk to us. They started filling out paper work with our driverâs license just then. So I really wasnât sure what we had been waiting for the whole time. No apology or explanation was given. It took almost an hour for us to walk out and finally see the vehicle. Until the time we left, the staff that told us to wait was no where to be seen.
We are going to a different dealership to buy and will be recommending friends to go to different Hyundai dealership.â

âToday i experienced horrible customer service at Fairfax Hyundai. I made an appointment ahead to test drive ioniq 9 calligraphy. Without saying sorry, they bought in a lower trim version and said this is the only model they have available. There was a communication gap between the agents working on site and internet appointment agents. The person whom I confirmed the appointment was an "internet" manager (Abbas). Another person came in to assist. had a horrible encounter from the beginning. He brought another guy along for a job shadowing, but never informed me who he was. The guy in charge was not engaging, using his phone during the test drive, didn't explain much of the vehicle features. I had to be the one to initiate conversations. He was literrally there to ride with me and cared less. When we got out of the car, he spit in front of me. We walked into the dealership, he sat down, crossed his legs and leaned back as if he is sitting in his home couch. very unprofessional. I could tell he didn't like his job at all. I didn't comment on his bad behaviors at the time. The manager came and explained well about the vehicle, however he informed me that the ev cars are quickly selling and they need to bring cars in from other local dealership if needed. The demand is high now I get it, but the impression I got was they prioritized selling what is available over what customers want. If you don't make a decision now, adios. didn't provide a quote either. I will not come back to do business with this dealership. They definitely need to train these folks how to treat customers professionally. otherwise, the brand image will be destroyed badly regardless of the vehicle quality...â
