“After experiencing a terrible loss when my 2024 Trailblazer was destroyed and ending up being a total loss, I went to Jeff Schmitt North originally just to look around and see if they had anything for me. Mr. Steve Seldon meet me at the entrance with a very pleasant demeanor. We sat down, he asked me what did I have in mind so we started looking. When he would come to a car, he would always ask or say, “now this one doesn’t have so & so. Is that a deal breaker!” We’ll get this, he found me the most perfect car for me. Then this very kind, not trying to run any type of game, no pressure and no gaslighting salesmen started giving me information on what bank fraud and sacada credit card don’t want you to know and how I could raise my credit score quite quickly. Steve is a patient, no pressure no manipulation salesman. Just pure honesty. One last thing, don’t go to that place that has a very large and seemingly over flow of cars cuz nobody wants to see that crap!! Then his teammate Noverria Faulkner was also patient and kind when we were scrambling to get our insurance information together. And last but not least, Kim Groudy worked on getting us financing for about 3 days! If you ask me, that is excellence. She not only addressed all of our questions but she was also, efficient and through. Overall, this was absolutely a bad thing that happened, now I am happy again. Oh, b/c ALL 3 of these sales persons went above and beyond ALL of my expectations! Oh. And one more thing…This is what we older folks have grown to love… Treating the customer with respect. But tell me why an older model, no added features and high miles gets financed for $41,000? (Sly’s doing, my old car was a 2024) and with this new salesman, I ended up paying $14,000 less ( 4 a 2026) than what my last insurance company said something outrageous also. But all in all, I will definitely spread the word. Please have a great day my brother and keep up the great commentary! I’ll see you in a couple weeks.”
