“Update: I went to have my 1st complimentary oil charge on 1/9/26, David (didn't recall the name) was really nice & have a very good customer service! Only need to wait for an hour and it's done! It turned out those women that took the calls during X'mas are from somewhere else!....
I called on Monday 12/22/25 to schedule my 1st complimentary oil change for my 2025 Nissan Kicks, I was confirmed on 12/23 at 1:45pm. However, I got another Text message that was confirmed on 12/24 X'mas eve, I called to confirmed again with a different woman and she said it's not 23rd but it's on 24th! When I went there today 12/24/25, they're all on X'mas break!! Are they on drug or something that asked me to go on 12/24 and they knew it is a holiday for them! Is that some kind of joke to treat a new customer?? Overall, not satisfied with them!!! I think all Nissan's Customer service is like that and the sales people on duty is not so nice either!!

Take my new car to several recalls for half a day in June, 2025, however no loaner but got a ride to and from home. That's why took 1 star off! Service is good tho!”

“I have dealt with many dealers and purchased cars from several dealerships, but when I dealt with Nissan of Everett and specifically with a person named Raed Ishaq, he gave me a detailed explanation about Nissan cars, their quality, durability, available options, and the luxurious interior and exterior design. I purchased a Nissan Altima, and after owning it, I found its quality and durability to be exceptional, and Mr. Raed Ishaq's honesty in his dealings, punctuality, and provision of accurate information to the customer were outstanding. Because of this positive experience, I have purchased several more Nissan vehicles, more than nine cars in total, including various models such as the Altima, Rogue, Armada, and Murano. Due to the excellent service and integrity I received from Mr. Raed Ishaq, I now only buy Nissan cars, specifically from the Everett branch. Therefore, I extend my sincere thanks, respect, and appreciation to Mr. Raed and to the management and staff of Nissan of Everett for their integrity in their dealings, sales services, and car maintenance services. “I was very impressed by the service I received at Nissan of Everett this weekend. I knew what I wanted to look at and James had it ready for me when I arrived. I appreciated how responsive, patient, understanding, and respectful James treated me and his great sense of humor is a huge plus! I'm proud to say I came home with the car of my dreams today at an extremely reasonable price and Aaron helped me find a better loan offer than what my own credit union was offering me. This has been my favorite experience buying a car!”
