“I am so glad we ended up at Lee Johnson Hyundai in Everett! Our experience with Aurea from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. She immediately was able to understand our needs, and felt like a friend with your best interest in mind. We started car shopping in October with Aurea, and stayed in contact over two months until we were ready to buy because we wanted to ensure a sale with her.
The entire process from test driving to negotiating to financing to signing was smooth, and although I am strong advocate for myself and my family, I felt that we were able to easily meet on numbers in a way that was mutually beneficial for all. We also had our toddler with us for signing past bedtime, an all of the staff were so sweet and accommodating to him.

“I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid from here. Among all the dealerships I’ve contacted, this dealership has been the most pleasant to work with. No shady tactics, unpleasant surprises, or hidden fees. Pricing was transparent at all stages and the pros/cons of any warranties were thoroughly explained. Customer service is a very important part of purchasing a vehicle, and I want to give a shoutout to Jessica, Anthony, and Joe for making me feel welcome. Anthony convinced me to give this branch a visit, took the time to understand my frustrations from other dealerships, and helped me get a very competitive OTD price. Jessica took the time to answer all my questions, explained many features about the car, and gave me some valuable tips. Joe was transparent in explaining the add-on process and helped me understand the pros and cons of different warranty packages.
