“I would never recommend Klein Honda. Their salesmen were unprofessional, pushy, and worse ever. As I walked in, there were at least 3 salemen on the floor. They were making fun of people whoever drove into their parking lots. Either trying to guess they were gonna hit another vehicle or whatever. Ryan was the one that came to greet me. He checked out the vehicle I was trying to trade in. I was directed to go to the back where the "old coke coffee machine (the saleman own words)" was.
The disappointment #1: the coffee machine costs money. Unlike Lynnwood or Seattle, only the black coffee is free. Anything else costs money.
After he worked up all the numbers, he gave me the MSPR price ($53999), which was totally different from the website they have ($48398 for an Odyssey elite 2026). I told them that I wanted the price as advertised on their website. Then underneath, they added all of these kind of junks (security system which comes with the car. They charge $795, etc.) I told them I didn't want any of that. Ryan said then they couldn't take it off. Here is the disappointment #2: he wouldn't let me take picture of the sheet (because "they have the lowest price in the whole state). Hello!!!! I couldn't take pictures of the price for my husband who would also need to make the decision and was at work.
Then he kept wanting me to sign the document, without letting me discussing with my husband. "Why don't you sign the paper saying you agreed with everything on the paper, and buy it right now?" "Can you just buy it?" "Can you facetime your husband and tell him to buy it?" When I repeatedly told him that I had to wait for my husband to get off work.
I got so mad and left. Ryan made an appointment on my behalf without my agreement at 4:30pm that day
Honestly, their 7 year/ 100k PT maintenance plan was a trick. They wouldn't let you use it.
Never ever sign anything until you do your own research. Don't let them pushing you around”

“I have taken my car here several times now for service and I have always been very happy with them. They communicate so well, keeping me updated on what needs to happen. They are efficient and always do a great job, even when I've brought them some pretty strange things. I hope I have my car for a while, but I will get my next Honda from Klein.”

“Hard to find a reputable car repair shop, much less a dealership with specific knowledge about your vehicle. These guys were great, easy to book an urgent appointment, diagnosed the vehicle code, did a thorough check on it, and when they couldn't determine the root cause because it likely didn't exist, waived the whole diagnostic fee, did a complimentary full-point inspection, washed the car, and got me a shuttle back to the shop to pick up! Time will tell if the code comes back because cars sometimes just do that, but they were able to put my mind at ease, and this time, even my wallet at ease! To be fair, communuication could have been a bit better as I did end up having to follow up a few times and they did keep the car overnight, but not enough of an issue to take off a full star when overwhelmingly, I was taken care of in the most important parts of the interaction: taking good care of my vehicle, treating me well, and building trust with me as a new customer. Didn't purchase my car from here but will likely be using them exclusively in the future for this vehicle!”

“We had a great experience buying a car from this dealership! I'm horrible with names, so don't remember the salesman's name, or the finance guy. But they were fantastic. Sales guy and manager worked with us on pricing to make sure we were happy and the finance guy was efficient, personable and through in some coverage for free. They weren't pushy and the whole process was super smooth. Totally recommend them and would go there again. Especially after going to our regular dealership in Burlington where they wouldn't budge on price. I appreciated the experience all the way around!”
