“We were grateful that Hyundai of Evansville was able to check out our Sante Fe as we were traveling when we had engine light concerns. They were able to run codes, take our car for a spin, and update a recall we were unaware of. Our concern was handled in a timely manner while we waited in their comfortable waiting room. (Wish they had hot tea as well as coffee)”

“Had my first all-inclusive service today. They were very professional, my vehichle was clean AND just as promised when I bought it, there was NO CHARGE. Coukd not be any happier. The original salesperson even made it a point to come out and speak with me as I sat in their VERY COMFORTABLE waiting area. GREAT EXPERIENCE”

“I will never buy another car from this car lot. At the end of February we purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. It started having malfunctions before we even left the parking lot. The car ended up having to stay until March in order to get fixed. We had already signed paperwork and didn’t realize at the time that we could back out of buying it. We got the car and within a month started noticing things. The bumper was coming off the car which was the first. We took the car to Michigan and as we were driving down the interstate the window blew out of alignment and was just hanging there. We contacted the dealership owner to see if there was anything they could help do for this and unfortunately no one ever contacted me back. I then started having issues with my trunk where it wouldn’t shut on its own. I ended up scheduling an appointment with the dealership to get it looked at. Come to find out it was a strut and they told me it would cost over $600 just for the part which was the last straw. I have only owned this car for 5 months and realized it was going to be a money pit. I took the car to have it valued for trade in. At trade in I found out that this car was in pretty bad accident that I was never informed about upon purchasing. I just want to make everyone aware of the dealership you are buying from.”

“Justin did an outstanding job helping us while we bought our Santa Fe. We live 2 hours from there but knew we wanted the specific car they had. We didn’t want to spend all day at a dealership with 3 kids so we asked that they do most of the paperwork over the phone and before we got there. Once there, Justin was very friendly and helpful and had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. We spent about 30 mins taking care of business and then he took his time going over all the car’s features. We left very happy, and had no questions unanswered. 10/10”
