“Update: after reaching out to owner like they asked still no contact after a week.
Came in after researching what was wrong was told it would be 190 for them to look at but should be covered by warrenty and if not i would have to pay the 190. I asked if it was due at pickup since I wouldn't be paid for 4 days was told that would be fine and it wouldn't be due. They called me and told me that warranty didnt cover the repair and that it would cost me over 3k for the repair. Then informed me that they would be holding onto my vehicle until I paid the 190. When I brought up what I was told about it not being due at pickup person said yeah I dont remember that. When I called warranty to find out why this was denied I was informed by warranty that they were told by Lithia that it was a screw / fastener that was broken not the actual part. So all in all 100% will not return to Lithia for anything.”

“I had a great experience with my purchase at Nissan of Eugene. Buying a new car was something that I was dreading. I was pleasantly surprised that it was such a great experience. Trevor was wonderful! He was not at all pushy and never tried to sell me on anything I didn't want. He listened to what I was looking for, and found exactly that. No pressure. The car I wanted was not readily available, so he went out of the way to navigate getting it for me. I love my new car and am beyond grateful for Trevor and the rest of the team for making it such a smooth process!”

“This week I purchased a pretty blue Nissan Versa. We had stopped at a couple of other car dealers previously and were unimpressed with these experiences. So we were very pleasantly surprised by our visit to Lithia Nissan. Trevor was knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. As an older woman who chooses cars partly because of the paint color, I appreciated the excellent service I was given while choosing one of the lower priced new cars on the lot. The whole experience was easy and didn’t take too long. My choices were respected and he did not try to push other models on me.”
