“Shitty experience with the manager, Alex.
I went to buy a truck in cash. I sat there for 1 hour. I traveled a long way to make the purchase. Out of nowhere, he apologizes. The truck's sold. I tell him I was here for the paperwork, and out of nowhere, he tells me someone came and bought it. I was there first, and I was buying it. To which he apologizes and walks away. Shitty business, not a good place to spend your money. There are plenty of other dealers.”

“I’ve had a terrible experience with their service department. A few months ago, my Cadillac XTS started having issues, so I brought it in. They diagnosed the problem as faulty shocks, which were replaced under my extended warranty.
A few months later, the car started making noise again. I brought it back, and this time they claimed it was the brakes. Although I doubted their diagnosis, I trusted their judgment and paid around $500. The very next day, the noise got worse.
I called Todd and explained that the issue had actually become more severe, and I never believed it was the brakes to begin with. He told me to bring the car back. When I did, I specifically asked them to inspect the shocks and suspension again. After checking, they admitted the shocks were bad—again—and needed to be replaced.
Then they told me the water pump was leaking. Thankfully, that was covered under my warranty and was replaced. But after that, they suddenly claimed that the coolant pipe was now leaking. I made it clear that it wasn’t leaking when I originally brought the car in. I even told Todd to hold off on repairing the pipe and that I would handle it separately. He then informed me that if I didn’t fix it there at their dealership then, I would have to tow the car because the coolant pipe was now completely broken. This made no sense and felt incredibly suspicious.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. I feel like I was misled, overcharged, and not treated honestly. It’s extremely difficult to work with this service department.”

“First let me state that this my second purchase from North County Cadillac. I found the sales people and sales manager very friendly and accommodating. In both instances I was able to negotiate a sales price that we both agreed to. I should add that the financial person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped me with an extended warranty which was very reasonably priced. I would most definitely recommend this dealership if you want to deal with professional people. I especially would recommend Karla Leyva (sales person) who assisted me with the purchase of my Cadillac.”

“This place was fantastic! Smoother car buying experience we’ve had. We bought a 2021 CadillacEscalade in perfect condition and a great price tag!
Anthony was great to work with. We didn’t spend the entire day there, we were in and out in less than 3 hrs!! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing!
Everything was awesome!! We absolutely love our new family vehicle! Best place around the Escondido Area!”
