“I bought a 2018 BMW 3 series from salesman Thomas Marcus. The mileage on the vehicle was 48115. About 2 weeks later, I had the car shipped to my home until I could get it insured. When the car arrived by trailer 50 miles away, the mileage now showed 49941. They had put 1826 miles on the vehicle since I agreed to purchase it, and I had made a down payment. I was promised that I would be personally compensated for the mileage by the salesman Thomas Marcus. I ultimately received about 10% of what I was promised. It has been almost 1 year and Thomas is not paying me and he has now refused to answer my texts or phone calls. I would caution you to be very careful when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership. 2-6-24 Additional information following response from the business representative/owner: If Thomas Marcus, the salesman who sold me the car does not work there, please explain to me why my purchase agreement and all of my paperwork has your business name and address as the dealer and seller handling my purchase? I have never heard of this Lavish Motoring that you mentioned in your response! If Dan Reed Autos handled the sale, don't you stand behind the actions of your sales people, even if they no longer work for you? This sounds unethical and very shady!”

I had 72 hrs to get another car. So thankful that I looked at a car from Dan Reed Autos. After 2 earlier visits looking at cars who surprisingly had "dealer add- on fees" I was skeptical about finding an honest dealership.
