“I have been with Audi for more than a decade and I’m on my fifth car. It is a well documented lemon and they are not standing by it and they are making me take them to court (Lemon Law: my case has been accepted). Customer service is what kept me at Audi for over a decade and now Customer Service is what’s driven me away. I’ve been treated horribly and asked for actual proof of all the issues, for which I have provided extensive video evidence. My car is no longer drivable, and I have been stranded for almost a week without a loaner. I am allowed to Uber and rent cars as part of the lemon law reimbursement, but I never should’ve been treated like this in the first place. They used to stand behind their products. Audi no longer cares and it’s a shame. UPDATE: I have been told a general manager was going to call me within a day after I spoke to Ace, sales manager, and three months later I still have not heard. A manager replied to this review, asking me to call him, which I did four hours after he posted his reply and it was a direct number to him. I left a voicemail. That was almost 2 months ago. Of course I have not heard from him. Why do they even pretend?”

“I’ve leased two cars from Town, and ended up buying the second one off lease. These guys are great. Peri in finance is awesome! The sales team is great and I’d never take my car to anyone other than their service dept. Most importantly, they are ethical! Car buying/selling can be intimidating and a hassle, not at Town. Lastly, I ended up selling the car I bought privately. I was due a refund from the unused portion of the warranty, and I received the check three weeks earlier than Audi said I would. Didn’t have to chase them, didn’t have to follow up!”
