“I bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 46k miles from Royal Automotive. The staff was friendly and worked with me a bit on the price, but the truck had several hidden issues — a missing front trim panel, a broken front camera affecting lane assist and cruise control, and drivetrain problems. They have made some effort to fix things by taking it to a Chevy dealership and offering to cover the cost for the missing front panel. But communication from them has been inconsistent. To be fair, at this point much of the delay now seems to be on the dealership side for the fixes. Overall, I’m disappointed. I appreciate that Royal is attempting to help fix the mess they started. But given the hidden issues and the price I paid, I can’t recommend them. A fairer price and telling me what was wrong upfront would’ve made a big difference, but I would have likely walked away from the deal.”
