“Finally I have faith in my Range Rover dealership again! My wifes 2022 sport has had constant electrical problems since day one. For buying a 90k vehicle with extended warranty , Brake package and wheel and tire package service was A nightmare. The 2 month wait for service for an oil change, tire replacement , NYS inspection and battery (all out of pocket) is just ridiculous. I should have just gone to my local service station and paid a lot less. The only service I received was a service advisor who killed me with kindness , which made me feel bad and I never attacked him with a bad survey. 2 weeks ago I called with another electrical issue: no start no car! I called first thing in the morning and asked for the manager right off the bat. Mr Perna received my call within 2 mins , he was aware of the car already and had a loaner standing by. I was blown away . He already knew I was a loyal customer and had been having electrical issues throughout my ownership. Within 48 hours he told me what the issue is with my car and he believes this repair might cure the issues I have been having since day one. The right leader is now steering the ship and I finally feel like an appreciated customer.”

“Michael was an extremely attentive and helpful salesperson who truly listened to my needs and worked to find the best option for me. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and innovative. Manager Chris was equally professional and welcoming, addressing my requests and doing everything possible to accommodate them. As a single female customer, I’ve unfortunately had negative experiences at other dealerships, where I was treated with detachment, as if buying a car were something only men should do. That was not the case here. I felt respected and valued as a customer from start to finish. I drove from downtown New York to White Plains, and it was absolutely worth it. I even found the exact car I was looking for—something very hard to find anywhere in the U.S. Thank you Michael, Chris, and Steven. Highly recommended!”

“From Staff to management. I'm 48 this is probably my 11th purchased vehicle. This was truly the best experience I had buying a vehicle in my life couldn't be more pleased. Emelia is truly and asset was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, finance manager Raul was informative honest with no pressure. The manager Chris on duty apologized and resolved a situation in the matter of moments before we were done with the sale of the vehicle. “I had a great experience buying a used 2019 Land Rover Discovery from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains. The sales team, especially Dennie and Hector, were super professional and helpful. When the car showed up in Florida, I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a limited warranty. After I got the car, a technician noticed a small leak, but AutoNation immediately took care of the repair costs. Since it was an out-of-network service, I did have to pay a deductible. The car had a few minor scratches, probably why they offered me appearance protection, but I passed on that. Overall, I’m delighted with my new car and thankful for all the help I got to make the whole process smooth.”
