“I do NOT recommend Autolux. I agreed to purchase the vehicle for $57,000, including all DMV and plate fees. I signed all the documents they provided, trusting that everything was correct. However, I later discovered that the vehicle was actually sold to me for $62,000, which was never clearly explained to me. It has now been almost two months, and I still have not received my registration. My temporary registration has expired, and I am unable to legally drive the vehicle. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership, but my calls have not been returned and no one is answering the phone. The lack of communication is extremely concerning. Buyers, please be cautious and review your paperwork very carefully before signing anything. That said, I am still willing to resolve this matter professionally. I am waiting for a callback from Richie to clarify these issues before taking any legal action. If this situation is handled properly and resolved fairly, I will update my review accordingly.”
