“I purchased my dream car from this dealership back in November. I drove from out of state about 6 hours to purchase this car. I had a poor prior experience at another dealership that didnt take me seriously because im a young female purchasing an expensive car, which thankfully led me to this car and this dealership. Right off the bat, the customer service was great with answering all of my questions about the vehicle and transparency. My salesperson was Sebastian and he was great throughout the entire process. Everything was pre approved and ready to go by the time I actually drove to the dealership. (Yes they will try to add on unnecessary costs to the pricing breakdown, all dealers do that, you just have to tell them to remove it and thats it.) When I finally got there, the car was more beautiful than pictures even showed. They made the process of signing the papers quick and seamless. I made sure to read over everything I was signing, there were no gimmicks, everything was straightforward. They sent over the paperwork and title to my state well in time for me to register my car, no waiting months and months for the title to be sent like I experienced with a previous out of state vehicle purchase elsewhere. I waited to register my car and finalize everything before writing this review. 10/10 experience, thank you!!!!”

“I went and bought a pickup through this dealership. The salesman was fantastic so I've got nothing to say there. As for the rest, such as the Used car Manager. He argued with me about the tires on the truck being dry rotted and needing to be replaced as well as a few other issues which they sold me an extended warranty to settle those issues. I brought the truck home and had an inspection done 10 days later. I will have pictures of the list of issues as well as the metal on metal brakes that I had to replace that should have been replaced before putting the truck on their lot to sell. Upon getting the inspection I then get told the warranty department will not fix anything since it was all issues that the dealership should have resolved. The dealership will not even talk to me about the issues at hand which are around 10,000 dollars in repairs. I replaced the tire for 1700 dollars, and the brakes for another 800 dollars. Personally ill never do business with them again and I suggest the same to anyone else as I am now 2 months into ownership and still haven't gotten any contact from them once. Worst dealership experience”
