“Highly recommend this place.. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they all acted like we’d known each other for years. Jess, and Reid took care of me through the buying process. We’re retired and live on a fixed income, so I couldn’t finance a car, I needed to find one that I could pay cash for. Jesse suggested the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. I test drove it and I knew it was just right for me. Jesse made sure I had a full tank of gas and it was raining, so when I go in for my oil change they are going to wash it then. Very happy with my car, and my new friends here at Integrity Autoplex!! If you’re looking for a nice used car go see Jesse, and tell him that I sent you.. I NEED TO DO AN UPDATE!! Ok, I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Integrity. I have had nothing but problems, I bought an extended warranty when o bought the Chevy. They talked about how good this was and it would ease my mind, cause if I broke down the warranty would take care of it. Ok, so that was 1000.00 and it’s good for 1 year. So far I’ve had my car in the service department twice. Guess what? The warranty covered absolutely nothing, it was almost 300.00. I was leaking antifreeze, needed some hoses, and a head gasket. They also told me that my car is burning oil, which is like 1400.00 to repair, and again it’s not covered under my 1000.00 warranty!!! It’s a shame that they take advantage of people. Jesse knew exactly how much money I had to buy a car. So happens once I paid for the car I had just enough to buy the warranty, 7000.00 cash and walked out with no money . Now I have a car that needs repairs and I have a warranty that’s worth nothing!!!! Be very cautious!”
