“I called to make an appointment for an oil change, requesting a late morning time, and was accommodated with an appointment the very next day. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Amber who explained the procedure, took time to answer questions I had, and showed me to the waiting area. After a short time, she sent a text of the check-up findings. When the tire rotation was completed, she came back to let me know they were finished with my car and went over the results. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and kind. She gave me her business card and encouraged me to call if I had any further questions in the future. This Toyota dealership definitely makes the customer feel like a priority, and completes the services given with excellence.”
