“I bought my first car, a Nissan Altima 2019, the end of October 2025 with great service from Huy Ngo. The services and help I received was amazing! Huy was very patient helping me find a car that I liked and with everything I said I wanted in the car. Great speakers, sunroof, low miles, leather seats, etc.. I told him I was going to write a review and never got around to it. Today is February 2026 and I’m writing this review because I haven’t forgot how patient, compliant, and helpful Huy was. “I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my vehicle that has been ongoing for nearly three weeks. I initially visited the dealership on Thursday regarding a bent wheel. At that time, I was informed that I would receive replacement tires at no cost and that the dealership would arrange for the bent wheel to be repaired. I returned the following Monday to pick up the tires and the wheel, but I was then informed that the bent wheel had been misplaced. I was told that a different set of wheels would be provided within two weeks. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates during that time. When I returned to the dealership last Monday to follow up, I was informed that Raul—the representative I had been communicating with—was not available, and no further assistance or update was provided. As of today, Thursday, it has been almost three weeks, and I am still driving on a spare tire without any clear resolution or communication. This situation has been very inconvenient and concerning. I respectfully request an update on the status of my replacement wheels and a clear timeline for resolution. I value Nissan as a brand and hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.”

“I came to Nissan of Elk Grove after a horrible experience with Hanless Nissan in Davis. What a big difference in service. I called while at the other dealership and spoke to Khanh. I asked to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock and they did. I drive straight there and was given just what I expected great customer service. Khanh explained what they had to offer the deals and warranty. He did not add any pressure to purchase. This was a great experience especially because it was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. Yes, I did leave a one star review on Hanless Nissan because I don't know who treats people like that and works in sales. Nevertheless, go to Nissan in Elk Grove and talk to Khanh.”
