“SCAM!!!!! Rodriguez and the salesmen sold me a vehicle that I put a $4500 down payment on. 1 week later they’re telling me to bring the car back without offering any sort of compensation stating the contract didn’t go through. They had already given me a 22% apr. They’re even threatening to call the police over this civil issue (police must be on their payroll).This place needs to be federally investigated immediately.”

“If I had the option of putting no stars I would. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to know one. Let’s start off yes they do deliver the car to you but, they drive it to you which I was not aware of that I thought they bring it to you like in the photos they have behind a flat bed. No wonder they made me put car insurance right away when I signed. Also means they are putting more miles on the car ontop of the high mileage it already had.That should have been a red flag. 2. Not even 5mins after getting the car the check engine light turned on I right away called and the sales person let the service dept. know they called and asked me to take it to a auto zone and get a reading I did and sent the photos. Like a week past and I finally got a call they asked to take it in I couldn’t until the following week. Mind you I’m in a different state so it’s like a 3 hr drive for me I did I took off of work. I went for nothing because the damn light turned off and they couldn’t get a damn reading. So I was like whatever fine when I already had sent them the photos but ok I was halfway back literally by Gurnee when the damn check engine light went back on I called right away and guess what they said: you guessed it take it to a auto zone or O’Reilly I did and it said the damn thing like the first time and I sent them the dam pictures. Then the service dept rep told me let me talk to my manager and see what we can do. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard back, and now my damn info screen turns off and back on. I have no idea how this business runs. As a manager myself I will never run my business like this I always give a courtesy call to my clients and let them know that I have not forgotten about them and that I am still working on getting their issues resolved. I am so blessed that I was able to get rid of a nightmare of the car today. Please stay away from this place.”
