“I do not have enough positive words to say about the experience I had here. The folks here worked hard to find a vehicle that would fit the bill and work with the bad credit I have. After telling me about an Equinox EV with AWD that had just come in, they got me financed and started the process. I came all the way out from Lansing, Michigan because of the deal I got. I took the train to Chicago, but rather than have me take a connecting Metra train out to Elgin, Brian came in on his day off… making the hour drive from Elgin to downtown Chicago to give me a ride to the dealership in Elgin. We had great conversation, and it kept going the whole time. After the test drive, I loved the mix of professionalism, competence, and humor exchanged between coworkers. Perhaps even better was the fact that the folks I worked with knew their stuff about electric vehicles and the EVs they were selling. My 2017 Ford Taurus has been having multiple issues with the fuel pump, water pump, spark plugs, exhaust, the gamut. I decided that this was my opportunity to go for an EV, and the folks in sales at Jerry Biggers Chevy helped make it happen. They appreciated the distance I traveled and made it worth my time.
