“Before you buy from this place, please understand, they won’t call you for anything. You have to do all the work. Don’t expect good customer service, expect lies from Miguel. The sales man. PLEASE do not expect your plates to be in within the 2 or 3 weeks he tells you every time that YOU call in to check on them. If I had the opportunity to return my pick up truck I would and go elsewhere. List of things that I had to do/ replace during the first 4 days on my 2012 Ram 1500 ( that he said they were done during “their inspection” -Empty tank, literally with almost 0 fuel - had to replace the wipers ( the ones on, were burned by sun) - had to replace reverse light - had to replace bulb on tail light - had to replace bulb on back plate -Miguel promise the oil change was done, but they forgot to reset it. When I took the vehicle for an oil change it came dark WATCH OUT for him! -I had to put silicone on the back window, when I took the vehicle to the Carwash, all the water started to Leak bad. I had ask him about a water spot that I saw (picture attached) and he said it was from de cleaning crew that did not do a good job. - also they paint the rims with plastic Dip LOL they even painted the pivot. I have already made my first payment, it has been over 6 weeks and still can’t get my plates. I Do not recommend this place at all. By the way I gave them $6500 cash as down payment, that they took it right away.”
