“Great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Our salesman Eric Martinez and Finance manager Oscar were very professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.”

“Please, please, please think twice before buying an automobile here if you do not want to deal with the horrible service department to take of your auto after the sale. I bought my car here 2.5 years ago and each time I bring it in for service it takes multiple days. Most recent was last month for the typical service, oil change, fluids checked, tire rotation. Made appointment to drop it off at 8:30am, thinking plenty of time for these services to be performed, unfortunately I was wrong. I came back at 5pm to pick up my suv and was told it wasn't done and would have to pick it up tomorrow, really? I made an appointment for yesterday to have warranty work done, replace a headlight and replace shocks. Dropped my suv off at 7:45am, my appointment time, came by yesterday at 5:30pm and told it would not be ready until at 12pm today. I come here today at 12:30pm and told it will be about another 3 hours, unbelievable. It is now 5:10pm, they told me over an hour ago that it was being taken out for a road test. Can't believe the road test would take this long. So again, really reconsider before purchasing a vehicle here. Highly suggest going to a different dealership. UPDATE: It is now 5:45, vehicle finally finished, unfortunately not. To install the new headlight they had to drop the front bumper. Upon inspecting the vehicle my self the front bumper wasn't aligned properly. I give up. Not sure how much longer I will be here.”

“**I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE THAT NOBODY IN THAT DEALERSHIP WOULD LET A LOVED ONE BE A PASSENGER IN.** I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and the vehicle never fully operated properly. Purchased in June come August 3rd driving back from Dallas 4.5 HOURS away the air conditioning gave out altogether. Now that it’s cold the heating doesn’t work but guess what’s working..the AC. Come last week I was entering 54 and my vehicle started dying then my vehicle won't accelerate over 45mph. I have called multiple times and get the run around and these "bosses" that are looking into it must be under the building somewhere. I thought since it's a legit place that at the VERY LEAST like my vehicle AC, heating system would work , and I could drive it 2 miles without my vehicle saying ENGINE HAS OVERHEATED. Now a week later once I turn the car on it over heats immediately, how wonderful. Not to mention WE DIDN’T GET THE COURTESY DETAIL CAR WASH CLEANING THAT THEY OFFER WHEN YOU BUY A CAR BUT DIDN’T DO IT CAUSE IT WAS TOO LATE LAST CUSTOMERS, BUT IT WAS ALSO NEVER RECEIVED. l've made the mistake of buying a car from Alameda but damn I should've done that again, that car lasted me 3 years and BOTH AC and heating worked year round 25/8 babyyy. I miss those times. I am aware this was a used car but anybody purchasing from here just make sure that, **** PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET OFF THE LOT NOW PLEEEAASSEEE!!!!!**** the air-conditioning works, that you can drive anywhere without the engine overheating and now that I think about it, I’m not sure if the heating was actually working in August but I can report now the air conditioning seems to be working but to be fair it’s like 36° outside. Thank you Hyundai of El Paso! Side story: a month or so ago we went to go get our oil change and my husband was considering getting the N-Line and The dealer didn’t know difference between the N-line trims so if that’s you too baby go ahead and go get you a Civic type R faster and it’s 10k more and they’ll educate you as to why it’s better.”

“Jerry was absolutely amazing. I have never had a bad experience with Hyundai service except for my last visit. I kept bringing up an issue with my car, but I was repeatedly told they couldn’t hear anything and that nothing was wrong. I was also misinformed and told my tires would last another 6 months to a year. I decided to give it another try since it was my first bad experience in 4 years and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, Jerry immediately noticed the vibration and the exact issue I had been explaining all along. He suggested checking my tires and showed me that they were already worn out and needed to be replaced. I feel such a sense of relief knowing my car is now safe to drive. I honestly thought I was going to need a new car, but Jerry took care of everything that needed attention. Even without an appointment, they were able to see me in a timely manner. I am extremely thankful for Jerry, and I plan to schedule all of my future service appointments with him.”

“The only good thing about this dealership is that you get a free car wash with your service. Other than that, the experience is pretty bad. They always try to upsell and tell you multiple things are wrong with your car when they’re not. For example, they told my husband his intake filter needed replacement and tried to charge over $100 for it. He ended up checking it and replacing it himself at home, only to find out it didn’t even need to be replaced in the first place. On my last visit, I asked how long a recall service might take so I could arrange a ride if they needed to keep the car all day. Instead of giving me a straightforward answer, the worker was rude and dismissive, treating me like a kid and saying she had no idea and it wasn’t her job.”
