“If you see a promotion don't fall for it they only use it to get you to come in, then they try to rip you off. They dont honor what they publish, and they simply ignore your complains. After submitting a complain with BBB they simply changed the terms on their website. We bought numerous vehicles from them in the past but now we will have to take our business to another dealership.”

“This will be the last vehicle we purchase…1 new and 1 used… salesman has done everything that he’s able to do and have the authority for, but the dealership for its entirety isn’t great at all… weren’t told the car needed a new engine until after we signed paperwork, never heard from service only our salesman. We leave it an extra day to get a full detail and we receive the vehicle super dirty inside with stains and gunk, dirt all over the shifter/radio area that easily could’ve been wiped. They installed tires, and forget to install lug nut covers. Our gap warranty paper was filed wrong to another vehicle. I specifically ask if the brakes were already swapped out for the ones that don’t squeak and grinding from the factory. I was told yes because if not it can’t be certified, well guess what $270 dollars later and Sunday morning I’m replacing rotors and pads and the problem is fixed. Now comes Monday afternoon and mow the check engine is on, the automatic start never worked from the beginning. We were able to get 90 days first payment and have yet to enjoy the car 2.5 days and all this has happened. Wife wants to return can and go else where or atleast try and rectify this situation…. We will see.”

“I finally made the decision to buy myself a new(er) car for the first time in many years. I spent weeks looking at a variety of SUVs from most of the brands, drove several and wasn't loving them. Until I drove a friend's 2021 Atlas Cross Sport - the leg room! The real knobs! The real V6 Engine! (The terms were actually a smidge better than my bank offered which was a surprise) Emiliano had 3 cars ready for us to test drive and inspect that met the parameters I set - budget, CPO only, model year and mileage. We made our choice and literally finished the paperwork, paid the down payment, and drove off in my CPO Cross Sport IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS! No added nonsense, no games in the finance manager's office, terms, warranty etc were exactly as expected and quoted. This sales & purchase experience was literally one of the easiest/fastest/transparent deals I've ever experienced. (I'm just past middle aged now and hate the all day game playing when buying cars at most dealerships) When the time comes in the future, we'll definitely return to Hoy Volkswagen.”

“This is not my dealer but, I was visiting El Paso and my vehicle broke down here, I took it here and I was told the next appointment would be until like in 2 weeks but, Jennifer was able to get my vehicle in before that , she was very helpful and kept me informed of the status of the repairs. I am very happy with their service I felt like they cared about our situation and did everything to help us get out car repaired. Jennifer made us feel at home the two times we came to the dealer she was great, I did not get to meet the mechanics and service guys but, kudos to me them for the good work they do. All this to say I wouldn't mind driving 4 hrs to come and service my car here just because their customer service is outstanding.”
