“I had a terrible experience last week with the Enterprise Manager. Her customer service was less than acceptable. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her attitude with the salesperson (Lupe) this particular day was terrible. It prevented me from purchasing a GMC truck. I have requested the general manager Brice Peters give me a call with no avail. They appear not to care about a customer that has purchased several vehicles from them in the past. I will not be buying another vehicle from Enterprise due to this experience.”

I’m highly disappointed normally when enterprise sells cars, they notate the damage on the car scratches anything like that especially when it’s on a no haggle price however, this time around we ordered the vehicle paid the transfer fee and only upon the vehicles arrival arrival did we notice the scratches to the bed of the truck and the scratches to the actual outside of the Truck itself when I had asked them to replace the bedliner or at least touch it up. The sales guy said no so I went above to the manager and obviously the managers got a little bit more power The customer experience manager for the car sales division of enterprise in El Paso, Texas off of 800 Gateway Blvd. E. proceeded to say he would not meet me there so for now I give enterprise in one star man they tried to sell me on the it’s already low price when the Kelley Blue Book values got the resale of those cars that truck with that miles at 28,000 we ended up paying a little bit above market 29,000 Has no sense of customer service the sales guy Jose should really be the manager. Great sales rep. I’ll definitely bring business back because of Jose”
