Worst customer service known to man other than Rob Burden in service dept who’s absolutely amazing and has kept me coming back all these years because of his remarkable customer service. I’ve been giving thousands of dollars to Mazda for years, I broke down and bought a brand new 2026 Mazda 3 at the end of December. I spent seven hours yesterday going back-and-forth with different Mazda reps who couldn’t direct me to the right person to talk to in order to help me get auto pay set up for my new car. ( that in itself is a little ridiculous but i didn’t get upset. Only further tried to seek assistance) I was provided with a number to call and when I called this morning, I spoke to ALYSSA, unfortunately. I have never in my life, experienced such disrespect, and the most disgusting level of human decency. In fact, she doesn’t have any human decency. She talks in the most condescending and demeaning tone. Yelled at me to tell me she wouldn’t help me. When I called, I asked to speak to finance, I got Somehow redirected to her department. I’ve been through more than most would think and making me upset isn’t easy. However, she left me shaking and in tears. She was so awful and rude. This left the most disgusting taste in my mouth and made me so sick to my stomach. There’s nothing more that I regret than buying a brand new car from an establishment that hires people like this. I make my living in the service industry and to be talked to so poorly after I just bought a brand new Car from them no less is disgusting. I wouldn’t speak down to my worst enemy the way she spoke to me. To say I’m sick to my stomach is an absolute understatement. This Type of person who thinks it’s ok to treat people like this should not have a job in any area that deals with people. Clearly she didn’t learn basic respect or human decency growing up and it shows big time. I thought way more highly of Mazda El Cajon than this. She has tarnished all the respect I have for this establishment and if i continue to come back, it’ll be solely because Rob is incredible and has been for years. People like Alyssa who are so incredibly condescending, think it’s okay to raise their voice and be beyond disrespectful to LOYAL customers, ruin your reputation.

I had an excellent experience working with Jason Respicio at Mazda of El Cajon. Jason was transparent, honest, and personable from start to finish; no bullshit, no hidden add-ons, and no games. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, both over email and in person, and took the time to answer every question I had. He made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. Side note: Mark in finance was also great to work with. He walked me through the numbers line by line and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. While he did offer additional packages (as expected), he was never pushy or rude and fully respected my decisions when I wasn’t interested. Another straightforward, no-bullshit kind of guy. I’ve bought several cars from different dealerships over the years, and this duo made it by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve had. Overall, a great experience and I’m now a proud owner of my first mazda vehicle. Thank you guys!

Just purchased a vehicle last night from here and I have to say I was impressed with the amazing customer service here! Jason, Mark, and Alex made the whole experience super easy and got me a great deal! I’d definitely recommend working with Jason and Mark if you’re looking to get your next car!

From the minute I walked into the door, to meeting my sales person and meeting the sales manager, it was nothing but an amazing experience. I’ve been through the buying a vehicle process on many occasions and this by far has been the best one yet! Alyssa was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and not pressured at all. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Mark the sales manager was also amazing. I was upfront on what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay and he made it happen and not once did I feel pressured. Love my new car and will definitely be referring friends and family and will return here for any of my future vehicles. Thank you guys!

My wife wanted a red car with heated seats. When the salesman opened the door and she seen the white leather seats, she said "take my money". She's super happy.
