He made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. Side note: Mark in finance was also great to work with. He walked me through the numbers line by line and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. While he did offer additional packages (as expected), he was never pushy or rude and fully respected my decisions when I wasn’t interested. Another straightforward, no-bullshit kind of guy.
