“I couldn't be more pleased. A place that claims they "beat carmax" wouldn't give me an offer on my vehicle after I was honestly disclosed that it needed a catalytic converter. I went to Carmax and had no issues. I disclosed the catalytic converter along with the fact that it is running hot in heavy traffic. I felt rewarded for my honesty with the offer I got. It was double what I expected. The Carmax rep Amber was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. I really felt like I was being fully transparent and they gave me a truly good faith offer. I felt like honesty pays off. When the time comes again to sell a car, I will definitely go back there and look for Amber.”

“Next vehicle I purchase will be from the dealership! If you are going to purchase a vehicle from this location, make sure you take it to your mechanic to ensure it passes all tests. A vehicle I was going to purchase failed the EVAP System monitor amongst other things such as tires over 6 years old. Everyone is quick to be nice for you to feel comfortable buying a car but I’m willing to bet a lot of their vehicles have something wrong. Although I did buy a vehicle from them, I did make sure to have my mechanic do a thorough inspection”
