“2 broken windshields-1 had stress crack from manufacturer-no assistance with replacement even after getting confirmation of a stress crack and now the 2nd from a rock chip that was repaired but doing great until I dropped for service at VW Eau Claire only to pick up a couple hours later with a crack that was 10+ inches long. No help either time-just passed the buck on to me.”

“My son had been saving for a specific type of car, and was excited when he found the one at this dealership. After a few back and forth conversations with Jackson, my son decided to purchase on 11/20/25. We were told there was nothing wrong with it other than a small leak. They advertise on all the vehicles that you can return within 7 days but that is not true, it is only on certain vehicles. Less than 2 months of my son owning this vehicle, multiple different lights came on his dash, some were even blinking. All the codes given, had to do with the transmission. Jackson was contacted and all he said was "you were offered the additional warranty and declined." No, we didn't purchase the additional service warranty because he had just bought a car for 11,000 and afford anything more. We also figured being a dealership, they would do a good inspection to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong prior to putting it up for sale. Here we are on 1/30/26 and my son took the car into our local Subaru deal for diagnostic testing. With multiple issues with the transmission, all the oil leaks, AND algae in the brake fluid! This car was obviously NOT serviced before being put up for sale. It will be over $7000 for the repairs! He could have gotten a newer car for $18,000! I do NOT recommend this place and we will be filing complaints and looking into lemon law.”
