“We visited Brown Daub about 2 weeks before our purchase. The salesman, Willie Nelson, was super friendly and understood that we ONLY wanted to see the vehicle inside and out as well as discuss some of the features. He did JUST that without trying the “hard sell”. We then visited a few other dealerships to do the same. The others were all about getting information FROM us and wanting to push us into a purchase quickly. My wife would have none of that. She did all her research on the vehicles and really just wanted to physically see them. Our other experiences were terrible. We finally returned to Brown Daub. Prior to our second visit, I spoke to Willie on the phone. I explained and expressed our disdain with our other experiences. I asked that he be patient and WALK us through the process. Upon our arrival, he had a vehicle warm and waiting for us to now test drive. He took all the proper steps and my wife decided she wanted to see the next “step up” model of the same vehicle. He promptly brought it out and we finally went for the test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, we sat in the vehicle for quite a long time as he went over EVERY single feature. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable he was with this make and model. He answered ALL our questions. He then offered us the option of moving to the next step, the numbers. He pressed on to be sure we were happy with this vehicle BEFORE going into any numbers. He came back literally with “an offer we couldn’t refuse “. He gave us a very fair and generous trade-in value. Rebate and incentive discounts off sticker price. A discounted deal on the ceramic coating. He even offered us to take the vehicle home for the night and complete the deal in the morning. We passed on that offer, but gave him a deposit to hold the vehicle until the following morning. We returned that morning, we were introduced to the finance guy, Mitch. He too was so well informed and versed on every aspect of this process. He made sure we understood EVERYTHING about the purchase. He didn’t just throw a bunch of papers at us to sign. BTW, the electronic signing process is absolutely wonderful. After he was certain we understood all that was needed, he turned us back over to Willie. We again were made sure we were comfortable with this vehicle and we wrote a check and drove off in our new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica.Willie even responded to my texts that evening with questions about the dashboard display. I will 1000% recommend Brown Daub, in particular Willie Nelson, to everyone I know that might be interested in purchasing a new car. I myself will be in need of a new truck in the near future as my current truck has 335,000 miles on it. It still runs like a champ, but WHEN I am ready, Brown Daub will be my first, and possibly ONLY stop. Thank you very much Willie and Mitch for a terrific car-buying experience.
