I had a fantastic experience working with Jason Adames at Bourne's Auto Sales! Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He truly listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Their Business Manager, Shawn Sanders, was equally great to work with. He handled all the financing and paperwork seamlessly, explained everything clearly, and made the final steps smooth and comfortable. Together, they made what can sometimes feel overwhelming a really pleasant and enjoyable experience. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend Jason, Shawn, and the entire Bourne’s team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

We had an amazing experience buying our 2024 Toyota Venza from Bourne’s Auto Center. Jason Adames was fantastic to work with — honest, friendly, and never pushy. The pricing and fees were straightforward, and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of, which is rare compared to other sketchy dealerships we visited before this one. Shawn in finance was also amazing and made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was hands down the best car-buying experience we could have asked for. Highly recommend Bourne’s Auto Center if you’re looking for honesty, transparency, and great customer service.

My experience was ok. I did find the Jeep I wanted. I expressed there being an odor inside and hoped it would have been handled by the day I signed. It still lingers. When I was unable to sync with CarPlay, the service rep was able to identify it was my cord. I bought a new one. My sales rep was so nice & kind. They did remove the running boards that I asked but the car was not detailed - as most dealerships do. The most disappointing thing about this transaction is when signing up for AutoPay through Bournes it was disclosed to me by the sales manager that my first payment would be due 12/20. The payment, to my surprise came out of my account on 12/5, which I was unprepared for. For this reason I do not plan to but from Bournes again.

Bought a great used car at Bourne last month!! Process easy-peasy! Plenty of time to drive it! They had to fix a couple of scrapes before I picked it up. The sales person Kim Bailey noticed. I didn't even see them. Service dept was awesome!! Lots of efficient attention. Michael, Mark, Lexi and mgr Brandon were the best! Back room... Tim and Colton! Hope I got the names right cuz that's important! . Smiles , friendly service and everyone seemed to love their job! 🙌🏽😄 Love my Volvo!

3rd Car buying from Bourne’s. Process was seamless. Everyone was really nice felt no pressure and they showed me what I asked for. Can’t wait to buy my fourth car from them. Kim was awesome to deal with. I give them a A+ for car dealers.
