“I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica mini van. The sale experience wasn't bad but just be careful to look your vehicle over after the test drive and paperwork before taking delivery. I later found out that my vehicle was involved in a accident with was not discussed during the test drive. My rear quarter window had a leak that I fixed myself. There was damage to the roof on the right side. A couple of panels did not align and drivers side drl was not working. I also purchased the Ziebart package that listed for $899 the final bill was only $470 after discount. I never received a refund. Also if a family member works for Enterprise your eligible for a discount The sales rep never entertained my discount code that I receive from a family member. I reached out to talk to the sales manager before writing this review I'm by the end of the business thing I still haven't heard from him so just be cautious when dealing with the dealership. Don't make the same mistake I didn't.”
