“Actual rating: 4.5. As a woman buying a car by myself for the first time, I was wary of being taken advantage of, but I feel like my experience here was a good one. Vitor Vieira answered all my questions respectfully, was perfectly accommodating of my desire to have my trusted mechanics check out the car first before I made a decision (even though they were a half hour drive away), and he honored the Kelley Blue Book listing of a fair price for the car. Only taking off half a star because if I hadn't known about Kelley Blue Book, I believe I would have been charged a thousand dollars more based on the price on the dealership's website, but I suppose that's part of how the game is played, and I think it would have still been in the ballpark of a fair price. The car I got (2014 Subaru Impreza) is my favorite car that I've owned so far, and I'm very pleased with the condition it's in. It's also nice that they give you three free oil changes in the first year after buying the car. Like any used car place, it's important to do your research first, but I am satisfied with my experience here.”

The car is to get my special needs daughter around and it is reliable, gas efficient and very clean! Doesn't cost much to fill the tank either!
