“Josh was very nice and the showroom was beautiful but our experience ended up being very frustrating. I picked up the car on 9/29 and was only then told there was Only one key, but he can get me a key at cost! I believe that should have been discussed prior to buying the car and that a second key should have been provided. Secondly as of today, Wednesday 10/1 I have not received my registration yet so I have left numerous messages for Josh and one for his manager without any returned calls, texts or emails. Then I received a message from my insurance agent today saying he had not received the paperwork from Greico yet which means my car can not have been registered. Since it will be registered in Massachusetts and Greico will not take it to be inspected for me and I only have 7 days to do so. Can't do that without the registration! So, a lthough i like the car i am very dissatisfied with how I have been treated. 10/2 I have been informed that the vehicle Title has not been obtained yet from the previous owner/lienholder so it cannot be registered to me yet! That means I have a car that I cannot drive but you have my money! If the Title was.not in had the car should not have been offered for sale!”

“This would have been rated higher if not for my salesperson Joe R. It was an unpleasant experience dealing with him on the day in which I was shopping and purchased a car and then the day I picked it up. However, everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was amazing. Ella, Saul, and Soraya took such good care of me and more than made up for Joe. As long as you request any other salesperson other than Joe, you will be happy with the dealership and how they handle the financial piece of it, which can be daunting. They searched for the best rate for me and I was given a lower one then the one I was first presented with. It was such a pleasant surprise!”
