“Buyer beware: Check Autotrader/Google for the exact car to compare prices. Your money will get you a newer model year and fewer miles somewhere else!
I went in to look at a '21 RAV4 LE and asked them to come down $2,000 on the price. They refused, so I got up to leave. The salesperson asked me to wait and speak with the manager first.
When the manager asked why we were leaving, I explained that I had at least four other examples of RAV4s with similar or lower mileage that were 2–3 years newer for the same price. He asked to see them, so I showed him the first four listings on Autotrader. His response was: "That's the beauty of the internet—you can always find a better price, yet you didn't go to their dealership, you came here. Sounds like you're on the wrong car." I replied: "No, it sounds like I'm at the wrong dealership. I made this my first stop because you're only 15 minutes away and we wanted to shop local." It’s disappointing that this is how they treat their neighbors. If they think I won't drive 30 minutes to save several thousand dollars, they are mistaken.
UPDATE: I emailed the manager at his request regarding this review. It has been a week and a half without a response. It seems they only replied to "save face" publicly without actually caring about the customer experience. It feels like a pattern of low standards. Seriously, Google prices before buying.”

“Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and felt very welcome. My service advisor, Cait, came right over, gathered my information, and clearly explained the process for my 5,000-mile service. She invited me to her cubicle, had me sign the paperwork, and assured me she would keep me updated throughout the visit.
I waited in the customer lounge, which had fresh pastries and a great coffee machine with plenty of options. Shortly after, I received a text with a video link showing the mechanic performing my 5,000-mile checkup. The video was detailed and transparent—showing the brake inspection, fluid top-offs, and more.
My appointment was at 7:45 AM, and I was out by 9:00 AM. Five stars all the way. Everything was friendly, efficient, and transparent. Thank you to Cait and the entire Grieco team for a great experience!”
