“Pretty good dealer... lets switch the word. Excellent dealer or people. I was always a fan of Volvo and Polestar and just got Polestar 4 which happens to be my 5 th Volvo/polestar. I always bought it from my local Volvo/ Polestar... but they did not have the exact spec i wanted. So I came to this dealer and what a wonderful to Work with, Ryan. He is what a gentleman.
I switch cars quite a bit so, this is my 4th car in 2 years. So, i go to dealer alot! But never met a sales person who is as polite and not very pushing you to the edge.
Besides my Lexus dealer guy, he is one of the best sales person I met.

“I would like to commend John Uy at Volvo Prestige of East Hanover for providing an exceptional car-buying experience. When my wife and I began our search for an XC40, John demonstrated remarkable patience and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly address all of our questions.
His commitment to customer service was particularly evident when I visited the dealership unannounced. Despite being actively engaged with other clients, John graciously took the time to personally escort me to the garage, where he provided a comprehensive overview of the available XC40 models, including the various trims and color options.
Throughout the process, John was incredibly accommodating. We had initially selected a Vapor Grey vehicle but made a last-minute decision to change our choice. John handled this shift with complete professionalism, efficiently preparing the new vehicle and expediting the paperwork to ensure a seamless transaction.

“First and foremost, I am very happy with my purchase. The entire sales process was straightforward and easy. I communicated with Ryan by text prior to coming in to review details on the used V60 Cross Country, and he was extremely responsive—answering every question I had, as well as several I didn’t even think to ask (ie. timing belt).
The pricing was clear and transparent from the start, which I appreciated. While everyone hopes to feel like they got a “deal,” I truly feel I received a high-quality vehicle for the money spent and was comfortable with the value.
When I came in for the test drive and ultimately decided to purchase, the dealership was busy, but the experience was still smooth. I had already done my research and mainly wanted to confirm that the car matched what was presented online—and it absolutely did. There was a short wait while the vehicle finished being detailed, but Ryan kept me informed, and with a diner right next door, it was no issue at all. Once ready, he promptly called me and allowed my dad and I to take the car out for a test drive, which helped finalize my decision.”

“We chose to buy a car on a Saturday which meant for a long day as it's very busy. However, I was very impressed with our sales team, especially Michael Oscata. They took care of everything and we were an out-of-state purchaser, so I was worried about the complexity of buying a car, but I needn't worried. all the paperwork was done on a giant flatscreen, which was impressive and made it very simple. They also offered good financing options. Highly recommend. And we love our car, it is great in the snow and doesn't lose charge when sitting in the cold unlike our old Tesla!”

“From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a truly welcoming environment. Everyone said hello, the space was clean and beautiful, and the snack bar offered delicious teas, plenty of coffees, and lots of water. The whole atmosphere made us feel comfortable right away.
Mr. Ron Landstrom, Mr. Robert Acosta, and Mr. Pat provided excellent service from beginning to end. These gentlemen are personable, true family men who clearly love what they do. They were extremely helpful, patient, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. They went above and beyond—especially making sure our car was personally delivered to our home.
Two young men also spent generous time helping me set up my Bluetooth and explaining every feature. Thanks to them, I left feeling confident and excited.
I absolutely love my new XC40 Ultra—it’s beautiful, incredibly safe, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles, and practically drives itself. It’s exactly what I needed, and at a great price. We were treated with respect, care, and professionalism throughout the entire process. They truly did everything they could to make this a wonderful experience.
