“A couple of issues here. It takes 2 days to diagnose your car? Every other car company gives you an appointment and diagnoses the problem when you bring it in. So your car sits there, unused by the owner until they get around to looking at your car - you could have been using your car for two days until the actual appointment. My car had to have a door hinge replaced. Once replaced it was sent out to a body shop to be painted. When I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy - not the way it should be returned. I had it washed the same day and I noticed so many pits on the passenger side on my windshield. I went to the dealership and spoke with Chris the service manager. He was a very nice guy but wouldn't take accountability for the pits. He said I couldn't prove that these happened while the car was in their care. The car was transported back and forth to the body shop as the hinge required painting. The pitting had to happen during transport. I can't prove it but my car is mint and garage kept. There were no pits when I dropped my car off. I know my car!!! So now I am stuck with a windshield replacement for pits that were not my fault. Can't prove that though. Walked around my car when I dropped it off and picked it up to ensure there was no damages. Should have done the same with the windshield. Won't be coming back here anymore. BTW while there drop off and pickup, people were saying that their car was there for 30 days unfixed, while another person said they were 7 months in waiting for a part. Really? A joke of a car company.”

“Brought my 2019 grand Cherokee in for service - was helped by Denise. Mind you, she was the only person at this dealership who took the time to answer my inquiries, if it wasn’t for Denise, I would not have brought my car in for service. So that needs to be looked at with this dealer, they almost lost out on thousands of dollars of service by them not answering the phone. Denise was fabulous. She took the time to explain what my car needed and potentially will need as I approach 100k miles. I got a lot of service done. They even installed my aftermarket cross bars! All completed same day. Highly reccomend”

“ZERO STARS – WARNING: UNSAFE VEHICLE & HORRIBLE SERVICE I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Overlander from Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (East Brunswick, NJ) on June 24, 2023, and it has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. Within days, I noticed serious safety issues. The salesman, Glen, immediately acknowledged the problem but did absolutely nothing to help. When I asked for the sales manager, he dismissed me, a busines card, and told me to “call the manufacturer.” That’s how their “customer service” works—push the problem away and walk off. When I contacted Jeep/Stellantis (the manufacturer), they were just as useless. They told me to take it to a service station. I’ve now been to over 7 Jeep service centers. Most refuse to work on hybrid vehicles or make you wait 3–4 months for an appointment. Two years later, nothing is fixed. The car is undrivable and unsafe, sitting like a death trap at the servise station waiting for a resolution. Here’s what’s wrong: A/C and Defrost Failure – After about 20–50 miles, the system stops cooling and blows only hot air. I can’t defog or defrost the windshield, which makes it impossible to drive safely in humid, rainy, or cold weather. Jeep even acknowledged a related issue under NHTSA Recall but they’ve refused to include my car or repair it. HUD Mirror Glare – The head-up display mirror was improperly installed, reflecting sunlight, streetlights, and headlights straight into my eyes. It’s blinding, distracting, and incredibly dangerous. Despite all this, the dealership and manufacturer keep saying “no problem found.” One Jeep rep even told me to “tint the windshield” as a solution! That’s how little they care about safety. I’ve been paying for a $72,000+ car that can’t be safely driven — plus insurance, storage, and loan payments — while both Route 18 and Jeep refuse to take responsibility. Their actions clearly violate warranty laws, lemon law protections, and basic human decency. They’ve shown zero accountability and total disregard for driver safety. If you value your money, time, and safety, do NOT buy from Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram or trust FCA/Stellantis to stand behind their vehicles. You’ll be stuck in an endless cycle of “call the manufacturer,” “go to another service center,” and “no problem found.” This experience has been a nightmare. Buyers beware — this dealership sells defective vehicles and abandons customers the moment they drive off the lot.”

“I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an excellent experience. Chris, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He made the process smooth and straightforward, answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with every detail of the purchase. Manager Roy also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Both he and Chris were transparent about pricing, which gave me complete confidence in my decision. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer care I received exceeded my expectations. Roy even gave me a Jeep hat from the display case !! I highly recommend this dealership — if you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, be sure to ask for Chris”
