“I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and took it to get inspected by my mechanic of 10+ years. He showed me the messy work that the service workers from the dealership did when attempting to fully repair some front end work to my truck before I made my purchase. Whenever I brought my truck into service to get checked I never felt that the service workers were completely competent of successfully repairing my vehicle. Be aware that the workers will not inform you of necessary repairs that need to be done on your vehicle. I would give no stars if it were possible.”

“Man where to begin this a complete nightmare of a dealership the service dept is super unprofessional and lacks of knowledge i bought my car from these guys traded my 2019 Honda accord 1.5 liter sport for 2024 jeep grand Cherokee 4xE summit was super excited for the car the upgrade thought i was being given a great deal and car i take the car home same night had to get it towed back to the dealer ship car wouldn’t turn on didn’t have my car for about 2-3 days didn’t even give me a loaner after that issue let’s fast forward to me now having to deal with the service department I took my car in for a harness change to get my car back with a transmission leaking metal shavings they completely tore up my transmission to a brand new car during a harness swap , now I’m left to wait for another transmission they install that one to come and find out it has a cracked oil pan , they leave my car in the back of the lot with my windows completely down in the pouring rain for 55 days with garbage bags over them which I will post pics on it to then now having to wait for a 3 rd transmission that took 50 + days to come in had my car in the back they lot in the rain non drivable windows down to tell me they don’t know how my transmission is leaking metal shavings umm because you guys did bad and ruined a brand new truck & to tell me that my pipe should excessively rusted in a car o only had for a year is crazy no is that rusted cause they left my car in the rain no protection for over 50 days”

“Recently purchased my new Dodge Durango 2025 and had the best experience with Demetry at Dodge Dealer in Boston Rd. He was very good to me and my overall experience was very positive. I felt like my total deal from start to finish was about 2 hours start to finish.
