“Sharing this because someone close to me had a really frustrating experience here. Their car was kept for days without progress, and there were multiple issues with communication and transparency. The insurance adjuster was lied to multiple times about the cars condition and location. If parts were on order or any valid reason then it could have been communicated, I’m not sure what is going on but seems a bit shady. Not the level of professionalism you would expect from a dealership.”

I knew exactly what vehicles I wanted which made my overall stay at Nissan much more easier. When I arrived I was greeted by several of the staff. The sales representative, I dealt with was O. Veladez. This man was cool and down to earth and I felt no pressure of buying a car that same day. He showed the vehicles and we went for a test drive, as he explained the features of the vehicle. I next met with the Financial Manager Mr Pedro.P, he explained everything in details as well. He also went far and above to get my APR rates a little lower than what they originally were 🫡 I have nothing negative or nothing bad to say about this dealership or the individuals that I had encountered. I can see myself coming back and referring friends and family to this dealership because of the professionalism and how welcoming the staff that I encountered were. * If I have any issues in the near future with my vehicle, I will be professional just as they were to me. I will keep everyone updated if any issues arise *”
