“Brought my mothers Ford F150 in for a odor of oil from somewhere comming from the vehicle. They charged her a diagnosis fee for a hour of labor and didnt fix the problem telling her it was the cabin air filter or a dead mouse. THERE IS NO CABIN AIR FILTER IN HER VEHICLE. We took it to Auto Clinic and within 10 min Dallas found that the issue was a torn boot on the front drive shaft spraying fluid on the exhaust and burning it. We called Ford back to fix the problem and they wanted to replace the whole shaft at over 600 dollars where Dallas fixed it for under 200. Sad that a dealer couldnt figure out a problem as simple as that on a vehicle they sell! EDIT: To reply back in this manner is even worse for a company especially when I just started leaving reviews. Very sad. The service was done last year check your records.”

“Justin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was quick to respond, very friendly, and stayed late to help set up the features on my new car and explain how everything worked. The gal in Finance was also very friendly and got everything done quickly. Highly recommend!”

“This service garage is terrible. I had a ford dealer tell me I needed a new headlight assembly ordered. I told eagle river ford what they told me and they ordered a headlight. They replaced a headlight on my truck and found out the headlight was not the issue. They told me my truck was ready to pick up without telling me that my headlight still does not work. Charged me $2300 and did not fix the problem. They were not willing to help with the bill and told me they didn’t have time to find the actual issue. I bought this truck from them and was a loyal customer. They say I “refused to let them diagnose it”. All I did was tell them what the other garage told me and they ordered the headlight.”

“Mobile Service is a wonderful convenience! They come right to your work, which is where I spend most of my time... They were able to fix recalls that I had not had time to go in for, and they also performed a full service oil change, including tire rotation. I told everyone at work how great this was.”

“I was very happy with the experience I had at Eagle River Ford. The salesman John was great and we went through the paperwork quickly. They gave me a good price on my trade in vehicle, and an excellent price on my new vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in probably 2 hours. Great place to buy a vehicle and I will definitely be looking at them again the next time I need a new car.”
