First they sell me a Subaru. Talk me into a warranty. (One of the selling points was the loaner car for repairs. Apparently just a full on lie to my face since this place doesnt even have loaner cars according to the tech in the back) Not only that but when i just called to get some work done. They told me they cant really work on subarus! Their stuff is designed for ford! Are you serious?! Then why did you sell it?! Why didnt you mention that during that the scam of your warranty? Great, now i have to find a subaru dealer to fix my car. Who knows how im getting it that far! Also, this is not the first time. Pretty every time dealing with this place has been horrible. Seriously, run.

After posting my Google review regarding my experience with this dealership, I was suddenly told to remove my vehicle from their lot after it had been sitting there for approximately four months without issue. The vehicle has remained parked there intentionally so additional miles would not continue to be added to it, and because I do not feel the vehicle is safe to drive while the ongoing concerns and disputes surrounding the purchase are being addressed. During that entire time, no urgency or concern was communicated to me about picking the vehicle up. The timing of this request immediately after posting a public review was concerning to me. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that customer concerns are not properly addressed, and that customers may face pressure once they begin speaking publicly about their experiences. I am documenting all communications and interactions regarding this matter. This matter is still ongoing, and I stand by my concerns regarding the handling of the sales process and documentation. After attempting to resolve these issues privately with the dealership, I decided to share my experience publicly. I believe consumers have every right to openly discuss their experiences to help others make informed decisions. If others in the community have experienced similar concerns, I encourage you to speak up and share your experiences as well. Small communities deserve honesty, accountability, and fair treatment from local businesses. Please feel free to reach out if you have experienced similar issues. Public reviews and community discussion are important ways consumers can share their experiences and concerns. Based on my experience, I do not believe this matter has been fully resolved despite responses suggesting otherwise. I will continue advocating for myself and raising awareness within the community as this matter continues. Note: At the time of this review, I was unable to locate this dealership on the Better Business Bureau website.

In my experience, this was the worst vehicle purchase process I have been through. I originally chose this dealership in part because a good friend I grew up with worked there as a salesman, which gave me a level of trust going in. Loved the Bronco purchase and salesman was excellent. However, the finance department is the most unprofessional and disorganized finance department I have ever dealt with. I did not leave the dealership with any paperwork. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I did not receive accurate documents. I also had to follow up regarding my trade-in payoff to ensure it was completed. Additionally, I later became aware of an open safety recall on the vehicle that i was assured multiple times it had been completed and later informed that it was not completed. Also the loan term discussed and agreed upon was not reported as the same. I have concerns regarding the overall transparency and accuracy of information provided during the purchase process. I am seeking clarification through appropriate consumer channels. In a small community, in my opinion, this is not how a dealership should handle customer concerns or the completion of a vehicle sale process. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to do their research before choosing this dealership. It’s also very concerning they are not listed with Better Business Bureau. As I continue documenting my experience and pray that my review can help prevent others from going through the same experience. Do your research.

Used to love Chuck Anderson, as far as the sales team we always had a good experience (the only reason I even give them one star) , but their service department Absolutley NOT. Which is sad because I referred so many people there. Not only was thousands of dollars overlooked while our car was under warranty when it was being serviced, when I had my oil changed 2 months ago, you would have thought they would have noticed an oil leak. Nope, not a word said about that or my brakes or a couple other things that were unsafe to drive with. So not only regular maintenance stuff was missed but at one point, they damaged my vehicle and didn’t even tell me. Thankfully I had a dash cam and thankfully they fixed it(which also got on camera their service guy snap chatting and checking people’s location in the front seat when he was supposed to be fixing my car 👀). On top of what they had done to me, they have also given my mom the run around with her car and scratched paint on it— once again not mentioned, she found it that way. I will 1000% never go back and will also NEVER recommend them again.

I had an great experience working with Chuck Anderson Ford! I worked with Michael Burton as my sales person and he was amazing! I would recommend him to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and easily navigated all my requests and found me a vehicle that worked for me. Its rare to find a sales person who truly listens to your wants and needs especially as a women shopping for a car and I felt I had that here. Everyone was very welcoming and kind and I left with a amazing vehicle I will have for years.
