“After posting my Google review regarding my experience with this dealership, I was suddenly told to remove my vehicle from their lot after it had been sitting there for approximately four months without issue. The vehicle has remained parked there intentionally so additional miles would not continue to be added to it, and because I do not feel the vehicle is safe to drive while the ongoing concerns and disputes surrounding the purchase are being addressed. During that entire time, no urgency or concern was communicated to me about picking the vehicle up. The timing of this request immediately after posting a public review was concerning to me. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that customer concerns are not properly addressed, and that customers may face pressure once they begin speaking publicly about their experiences. I am documenting all communications and interactions regarding this matter. This matter is still ongoing, and I stand by my concerns regarding the handling of the sales process and documentation. After attempting to resolve these issues privately with the dealership, I decided to share my experience publicly. I believe consumers have every right to openly discuss their experiences to help others make informed decisions. If others in the community have experienced similar concerns, I encourage you to speak up and share your experiences as well. Small communities deserve honesty, accountability, and fair treatment from local businesses. Please feel free to reach out if you have experienced similar issues. Public reviews and community discussion are important ways consumers can share their experiences and concerns. Based on my experience, I do not believe this matter has been fully resolved despite responses suggesting otherwise. I will continue advocating for myself and raising awareness within the community as this matter continues. Note: At the time of this review, I was unable to locate this dealership on the Better Business Bureau website.”

“In my experience, this was the worst vehicle purchase process I have been through. I originally chose this dealership in part because a good friend I grew up with worked there as a salesman, which gave me a level of trust going in. Loved the Bronco purchase and salesman was excellent. However, the finance department is the most unprofessional and disorganized finance department I have ever dealt with. I did not leave the dealership with any paperwork. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I did not receive accurate documents. I also had to follow up regarding my trade-in payoff to ensure it was completed. Additionally, I later became aware of an open safety recall on the vehicle that i was assured multiple times it had been completed and later informed that it was not completed. Also the loan term discussed and agreed upon was not reported as the same. I have concerns regarding the overall transparency and accuracy of information provided during the purchase process. I am seeking clarification through appropriate consumer channels. In a small community, in my opinion, this is not how a dealership should handle customer concerns or the completion of a vehicle sale process. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to do their research before choosing this dealership. It’s also very concerning they are not listed with Better Business Bureau. As I continue documenting my experience and pray that my review can help prevent others from going through the same experience. Do your research.”

“Honestly I have nothing good to say about this dealership. Left thinking we got a good deal and a great car the next day the check engine light came on took it in and they”fixed” it and then a couple weeks later check engine light again. Took it back in they “fixed” it and then not even a few weeks later more check engine lights and the car wouldn’t go into gear. Mind you this car has 47 thousand miles on it and we haven’t even put 51 thousand miles on it yet because it continues to not run right. Took it to max ford and the intake was missing a bolt and was lose and then the 02 sensor was finger tight. When I called nick anderson he said that they technically don’t have to fix it and that we have a warranty. Which doesn’t cover anything wrong with the car. So if I was you I’d walk away from this dealership if you can were dumping money into a 20 thousand dollar car that we haven’t even had 3 months. And after speaking to our sales person he said the only option we had was to trade it in. Max ford has been working hard to get this car figured out for us and I highly recommend going there instead.”

“I have honestly never had a good experience at Chuck Anderson Ford whether through car services or looking to buy new or used vehicles there. I had a recall for the oil pump on my Ford Eco sport and I took it in last year to get it fixed. The day after they claimed they fixed it and I picked it up, it waa Definitely not fixed. I called back and they wanted to charge me 150 diagnostic fee to see if it was something else when in reality, I was lied to, and was told they had all the parts to fix the entire recall when that was not the case at all Every single time I go up in the shop none of the men look me in the eyes and they talk to me like I’m an idiot. Today on my Ford app I got an another open recall message for the same issue that I took it in for last year.. I called Cody the manager up at Ford today and he explained to me how they fixed one piece and didn’t do the entire recall “because they didn’t have the parts” , which he definitely DID NOT inform me of that at the time it was getting fixed. He tells me his hands are tied and there is nothing he can do. This is a safety recall that causes the Engine to seize. He lied to my mother last year when the car was “fixed” Told her they put a brand new engine in it when come to find out all they did was fix one little part because they didn’t have any of the other parts in stock. So I have more or less been running this car to the ground because Ford didn’t fix it nor do explain to me what they did at ALL. they do not care to hear my concerns or put me in a loaner ever. Whenever I picked up my car after it was a “fixed” Cody handed me my keys without looking me in the eye or saying anything at all. There was no paper going over the work they had done on my car. I even had to ask where is my car parked. I do not recommend this location and if you want to buy a Ford car, I would suggest going to Gary Crossley.”

“Sales team got me through with the purchase, although im not happy with my poor financial decisions in life. I love my truck. If you go in for a vehicle purchase, I would recommend Keyshawn Turner!”
