“☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5 Stars) I purchased a used Mini Cooper from Dwayne Lane’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and my experience was deeply disappointing and concerning. As a first-time buyer, I asked detailed and intentional questions about the vehicle’s condition, inspection process, and overall reliability. I was reassured that the car had undergone thorough dealership inspections and was in good condition. Based on those representations, I moved forward with confidence. Within approximately 20 minutes of leaving the lot, a warning light came on. I immediately took a photo of the dashboard and sent it to the salesperson who handled my purchase. I did not receive a response. From that point forward, I experienced repeated mechanical issues and ongoing repair expenses. The condition of the vehicle did not align with the assurances I was given at the time of sale. I took my responsibility as a buyer seriously and did everything reasonably possible to confirm I was purchasing a reliable vehicle. I relied on the information provided to me. I had recently relocated to Washington from out of state and did not have a local support system. I worked extremely hard to save for that vehicle and to build stability here. Losing it less than a year later — after roughly nine months — and being left without transportation again was destabilizing. The ongoing issues created significant financial strain and emotional stress. What should have been an exciting milestone became a serious setback. I am troubled by the discrepancy between how the vehicle was presented and the reality of its condition. This experience has had lasting financial consequences for me. - Highly Unsatisfied Customer”

“Service department keeps you in the dark and just wants your money. Go somewhere else if you have the opportunity. 2022 Ram 1500 wouldn’t start. After multiple failed jumps and battery reading fully charged I called in and was told to bring the truck in to be looked at. So I had it towed there on a Thursday at noon. Was told it would be looked at the next day. Asked if I could pay for a loaner car and was told they don’t have them. By 4pm the next day hadn’t received a call so I phoned in. Was told they didn’t look at it yet and since they were “doing me a favor” I would have to wait until Monday. Monday goes by and I received no call again. So I call at 4 again and I’m told that they couldn’t seem to figure out why my truck wouldn’t start since it seemed that the battery had died again over the weekend. They think something is draining the battery. Asked if there was anyway they could be updating me on this since I had not received any updates at all while my truck was in the shop. The next day I receive a text saying they fully charged the battery yet it still is not starting. Few hours later I receive a call and they think it’s a bad battery so it needs to be replaced. Need my permission so I ok the $380 battery. I get a call on Wednesday saying the truck is fixed. I ask what caused the battery drain. They couldn’t tell me what was causing the battery drain but they tightened all terminals and updated software. Possible that it was a faulty ground. I ask how will I know that a new battery won’t be drained like my previous one and am not really given an answer since they just aren’t sure what caused this in the first place. I go to pick up the truck and another advisor gives me my keys and has me pay $560 for everything. I ask again if they can clarify what was going on and he said there is nothing in the notes. So I basically paid $560 for a new battery I did not need and no info on what caused all of this to happen.”

“Dropped my vehicle off last Monday and it has now been over a week with zero communication from the service department. This is a 6,000-mile Jeep, fully under warranty, and I haven’t received a single proactive update about: What’s wrong The game plan When it’s going into the shop Expected timeline Calling the service line is nearly impossible. I’ve called 10+ times and can never get through to anyone. I managed to speak to someone once last week who simply said it was “working on getting into the shop” — and that’s the last update I’ve received. No follow-up. No timeline. No accountability. For a nearly brand-new vehicle under warranty, this level of communication is unacceptable. Even if parts are delayed or scheduling is tight, basic updates should be standard customer service. ‐-------Update After initial hiccups and delays. Their service managers, and techs reached out. Got the fix handled along with all the recalls. Did a detail as well. Thank You, Dwayne lanes for making it right and handling this. Appreciate you and will be back.”

“If you're looking for a Jeep, I highly recommend Dwayne Lane's CDJR. I am in Thurston County, never talked to this dealer before, and Demetre talked through numbers with me for 20-30 minutes, even though I had a deal close to done in OR. Because of this, I held off on my OR deal (after months of back and forth). Justin finalized numbers later that day and was able to beat the OR offer [2026 Wrangler Rubicon X] and get me one in purple. Thanks to Justin and Alex, they had paperwork waiting for me when I arrived; it made the pickup process seamless. Alex was ready to walk through anything and everything on the vehicle as well. Save some $$ and go to Dwayne Lane's for your next Jeep. It's worth the travel!”
