“I signed up for the 30,000 mile service being that my car was at 29,000 miles and when I dropped off my car I was proposed with a 40,000 mile checkup which would've been $1000 more. Needless to say, I went with a 30,000 because that's how many miles my car had and there was also a recall that had to be installed so it took longer than expected however, it's understandable. When I picked up my vehicle, I was provided a lift which was amazing. I was very thankful for that and I was told that there is a piece on my engine mount that is cracking and my warranty had expired the day before, However, the service provider offered that next time I bring my car in for the 40,000 mile service ($1100) they would fix it for free. The car is four years old has less than 30,000 miles on it and it has a cracked engine mount. I'm not sure I could recommend Volvo moving forward. It just seems like I am getting the short end of the stick, but being told I am getting A deal and I should be thankful. I see that you ask people to call you, but what can you do to make this right? Fix the engine mount now without charge, if that is the case let me know here and I will bring the car in and change the review to 5 stars. Well, it turns out that the old dealership does care what people say and they contacted me to correct the issue that I have that's all I could ask for and I appreciate the effort that they made.”

“I had an emergency with a lot of noise and my engine light coming on this afternoon, and I called Volvo service. Brandon was able to determine right away what problem my car was having and got me in immediately to fix it. I had snacks and a comfortable space to wait while my car was fixed. My car was also washed thoroughly and the interior was cleaned too! I’m so thankful for the excellent service I always receive at a Eugene Volvo”

“My husband and I have been thinking about an EV for several years now and were finally ready to check out all of the ones in the area. After several weeks of driving up and down western oregon looking at cars, there were only two that I felt confident driving (I'm a short lady!). Volvo ex30 was one of them. I wasn't sure how the test drive would go and was very happy after, that it was easy to drive and I could see everything. But the best part was our salesperson. We've tried out other vehicles and felt super uncomfortable with the pressure tactics that other dealerships use. In fact the weekend before we bought the volvo, we had walked away from a car that would've been great purely because of the sales process. But at the volvo dealership we were so grateful to have a relaxed collaborative conversation with Tairee who was so down to earth and did not try to pressure us into a sale.
