“I brought my vehicle in for standard service and an oil change. I had been expected from scheduling an appointment, and check-in occurred in a very smooth manner. Following check-in with an update on alignment, after initial inspection of the vehicle and, I was sent a video of a casing around a wire that had been chewed by a rodent. The service person texted and we were able to speak by phone in an efficient and clear manner, and I was able to make decisions about specific services, knowing the cost, etc. I appreciated being able to speak with the service person and ask specific questions who provided clear responses and guidance in alignment with the data and Hyundai's recommendation. Being a newer vehicle, and that I didn't want a rodent causing damage to the, I accepted three out of the four recommended services. As indicated when I made the appointment I had a ride both ways to work in Springfield, with drop off and pick up being very efficient. Everyone was forthcoming friendly and responsive. I really appreciated the service I received, and the customer service was excellent. I would return to Hyundai for service on my vehicle. I also appreciated the car wash, and what appeared to be an interior vacuum, though neither was specifically stated or promised. Thank you!!! I had a really positive experience.”

“Went to see how much they’d offer for my. 2001 Ford Mustang GT (excellent condition) with only 52,100 miles all factory original and they said they’d offer 5,000-6,000 on a 14,270 value car. I’ve got it appraised and it’s about 13,800-14,270
This dealership only tried to scam me by offer much much less than what the real value is by thinking I wouldn’t know.”

“My day started off walking through the parking lot looking at all the cars Sheppard Hyundai had to offer. I had a specific car I wanted to see. There were a ton of cars, so I called the office and talked to Dylon. He came right out and found the car I wanted to see. From start to finish from Dyllon, to Tyler in finance, along with everyone else at Sheppard, the experience with light and stress free. Everyone greeted me with a smile, which is not only wonderful to see but so important in my book. This was the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I definitely recommend you give them a call, or in my case, just drop by and they are there to help you find the car of your dreams. Thank you for all your help and support in my purchase!”
