“Joe Chen is not the typical car salesman. He was nice, honest and easy to work with. He's also very passionate and loves the Mini brand. He was very responsive and worked with my husband and I to get the best trade in value for our car. We love our 2026 Mini Cooper Jc we called her Twiggy but it was a disconcerting having to come back as the battery was faulty and my husband wasting precious time from work.Jo said at the time of purchase this was normal to have this problem after the car had been sat in the showroom but Jo there was a fault in the battery as per service guy it would not charge no matter how much we drove it! Jo did help my husband set up an appointment to bring in the car The finance lady was very professional and not pushy and very friendly. “Everything about my experience with Mini of Escondido was excellent from Joe who helped me through the entire process and even after my purchase. CATHY the finance lady was wonderful as well. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the sales manager refused to provide me with a second key fob and I find that unacceptable and poor customer service! I've bought many used cars in the past and have always gotten 2 jobs. I guess if that's my only complain I'm doing pretty good.”
