“I bought a new 2026 Outback from Groove this past week. I never leave reviews anywhere, but Nick and Andrew as salespeople were super helpful in the process. Nick took the time to walk the lot the first visit I took and show me a few different cars I was looking at to compare, super knowledgable on which models might be best for which situations. Andrew had so much knowledge on the car itself during my test drive and helped make the process as easy as buying a car can really be. Joe one of the sales managers there told me things straight as he could, worked with me to get the numbers I wanted and saved me from having to drive an hour or more to a different place. One of which had came in with a quote $1300 more than Groove's price FOR THE SAME CAR. And even then, Groove worked with me to beat the other places best price (and saved me the hour+ drive!) It's still buying a car at the end of the day, but if you're a prepared customer and can come in with a good idea where you want to be and quotes from other places I bet you leave Groove with a matched or beaten offer. Groove Subaru so far doesn't seem like a dealer that wants to collect the cars, they look like they're trying to sell the cars. The advice I'd give my family if they were buying a car (from anywhere), get a few quotes over the phone for the out the door price, work the numbers some on your end, then set foot in the dealer, drive it to ensure you want it, then finalize the deal. That's what I did and I was out in a few hours last week. At the end of the day buying a car is rough across the industry, but the folks at Groove do their best to make it better. It's going on 6 days since I drove my new outback home and I don't have buyers regret over it. Love that new outback, the physical buttons for climate is 1000% worth it and driving it feels so nice.”
